I did this yesterday, and after the workout, I said to myself, " this is easy" because I didn't sweat nor have to take breaks in between.Then today happened,I can hardly laugh,my core is sore from the workouts.Thank you for all that you do,gains by brains.

I LOVE a slow and controlled workout ! def felt the burn with this one.
This is the best ab workout out there: super challenging but without any repeats so its not boring and somehow I feel like it really targets my abs instead of my cardio like other ab workouts I've done ❤❤100/10

Doing this as someone who hasn’t exercised in years:
Day 1: it hurt so much, u can really feel it in the core.
Day 2: had some plans, didn’t do it but core still felt tense.
Day 3: my core still hurt but I did the workout, there were some exercises that I did fully, that I couldn’t yesterday.
Day 4: didn’t do it, but my Achilles felt very sore. My core didn’t feel tense like yesterday but my ribs did.
Day 5: it’s felt exactly like day 1 for some reason.
Nice workout, love it! I’m sorry, but do you prefer strengthen your abs and core in the same slow way or you do it in a fast temp? Thank you for your respond!

I do this exercise weekly and it's really cool but today I felt like my soul was leaving my body my body oh my gosh 😭😭

Probably one of the most challenging ab session I ever did. I could keep it up with ankle weights until 2/3, then I had to give them up.

I live in a place in which it's always snowing. I want to get my hot girl summer glow up very soon. I'm thinking of doing 40 minutes of cardio, then this 30 minute ab video, along with the other three workouts I do. So my results won't base off just completely this, but I'll still share any of my results :)
