I'm gonna finish this challenge. Logging the progress here:
Day 1: oof! The abs are on fire! Took a couple of extra breaks in between, but finished it.
Day 2: It was SOOOO much harder than yesterday. And I still pushed through it.
Day 3: Didn't want to do the workout because of sores, but surprisingly enough, I did not even take extra breaks today. It was THE BEST! I died during the other workout though lol.
Day 4: Anddd it's an active rest day today! 🙈🔥
Day 5: Today's workout was super fun and challenging! Loved it!
Day 6: Loving the series. Loving the burn.
Day 7: The burn is so good and intense. The workouts are getting a little bit easier each day.
Day 8: My abs and thighs are on fire. Both the videos of today was super fun!
Day 9: Today's workout was the hardest so far. I'm glad I pushed through it. I feel so good now.
Day 10: My core strength has SIGNIFICANTLY improved. I completed the workout without extra breaks and as perfectly and gracefully as Sophie!
Day 11: Yet another active rest day it is!
Day 12: Although I did the workout after a long day of work (usually I do it in the morning), I was able to crush it.
Day 13: Love the burn. I already feel the difference in my endurance. Consistency is the key.
Day 14: Finished the ab workout in one go. Today's video has not been uploaded yet, which is why I did another video (20 minutes cardio by Sophie) and ended the session.
Day 15: I fell sick. I'll be back once I get well.
Day 16: Still sick.
Day 17: Have a fever.
Day 18: Still sick.
Day 19: I still feel sick, so I could just give it my all. Couldn't finish the entire workout.
Day 20: I took a rest day since I'm very ill. I will make sure to finish this challenge though.
Day 21: I am finally back. Although I'm not fully strong, I am happy to have finished the workout. Used extra breaks of course.
Day 22: Slowly getting my strength back. Could finish entire workout with very few extra breaks.
Day 23: All sweaty but loving it.
Day 24: Although today is the last day to all of you following the guide religiously, I still have about a week left. But pushing through it.
Day 25: Didn't want to take a break before I finished the entire program. Done for the day.
Day 26: Struggled to finish a total of 40 min cardio and succeeded.
Day 27: Today's workout was super easy.
Day 28: Sweaty and fun. My thighs are jiggling.
Day 29: Today's exercise was pretty easy. And yaayy tomorrow is the last day of the program!
Day 30: It was challenging and fun.
I was supposed to complete the workout in 24 days, but due to my illness, I completed it in 30 days. I gotta say I'm extremely proud of myself. I feel so much stronger than I was 30 days ago, both physically and mentally.

Man, you are steady cranking these videos out. Thanks for that! I had been training abs with other youtube fitness unfluencers for 2 years but I came across your videos a couple months ago and I only train with yours now. That 15 second rest you put between each set is just what I wanted to find. I'm thin and have had a flat stomach for the last few years but no visible abs. I had been doing 10 min videos with no rest between each ab position. However, most of your videos have 15 seconds rest between each one. I don't know the "brains" behind that but I'm seeing my 6 pack really well for the first time. Also, I love the exercises you choose and the music. You also don't race through the movements, they are steady and controlled. I've trained abs with many ladies on RUclips and you are seriously my favorite. I even got my niece to switch to you when she had been training with someone I previously recommended. I hope your channel continues to grow and you continue to be very successful with it. You deserve it!

I really appreciate the clean transitions and the longer work periods per exercise compared to most ab videos on YT. Slow paced, serious, effective training instead of headless rushing around.
That ab hold at the end was killer! But I did it. 😊

Thank you for a great ab workout! I really LOVE that you do the exercises in a normal pace and is easy to follow you throughout the video. Great concentration on every specific exercise, no rush, but consistent pressure on the abs. I just saved it in my workout collection to be repeated many times
I have not watched your videos for the last couple of weeks because I have started to go to the gym myself I ride 15 minutes on my bike and then I do 30 minutes of Egym then I ride 15 minutes to my job this now for 2 weeks it,s going well. 😊 thanks to you for motivating me

Usually i follow your 10minutes daily abs workout twice in a week , today its my first time to challenge this 20 minutes intense abs workout video ...this is super surprised me,i can't even believe i can achieve,i am so so so much thankfully for your tutorial abs workout video...will try to keep doing this workout everyday...

I’ve been training for years now on and off, I’ve tried all of the popular fitness RUclipsrs but your workouts are a game changer for me.
The length of each exercise is great as it allow enough time to complete the movement in a controlled way and with proper form.
Just watching you do the movement has allowed me to engage my core much better and get stronger on each movement.
The time between each exercise is perfect for me to catch my breath and prepare for the next movement whilst still making the workout one continuous 20 min ab burner.
You included all my favourite movements and it always feels like hard work. I find with other videos after a month it’s not a challenge anymore.
