It is good that this workout is Slow paced so we can focus on every movement rather than speeding things up and end up getting tired instead of properly completing the workout. Definitely going to try this one out

Might fit in a short workout for my behind later, with ankle weights too, along with a walk, some crafting etc, FT sessions with family - wow, life is SO SO GOOD, thanks to you, Caroline. Great exercises. Could it be a possibility to add a pop up video of alternative - easier movements for the harder one you are doing? That way your audience is far greater. Love these exercise.

I just recently saw this video and I thought I try it . I’m 15 yrs old and 52.9/53kg ( from the last time I went on the weighing scale) . I had a shitty relationship with food and my body but I’m gg to try . Day1:✅,not that hard . I felt some burning on my stomach area , nothing more . Day2:✅,still the same , it was not that hard but I sweated more then yesterday , the burn was increasing and I felt good

You should WAIT Last Metal 2-3 hours before Sport. Protein Shake for protect muscles 30 min before Work Out for letting YOUR muscles Größe Protein Shake 30 min after Work Out best Banan proetinmilk planted or Not planted whater... To do Training without Rating Changes Not the flat Burning means in the morning cousic calorien IS Not empty in the Body... It IS also HOW OFTEN AND HOW RIGHT WE DO THE TRAINING.... so 20 min better than NOTHING nur after 30 min fat Starts to get Burned... Thats why i do those exercises Not for 20 min but for 60min and repeat every exercixe 100 Times. If it IS to Heart i make 10 sec Rest but i repeat all 100 times.. i lost 10 pounds in 4 weeks doing so and i See muscles and have Lot of energy. i love to move it IS for me the best Rest ever❤❤❤
