Hi. Love your workouts. Thank you for all your work you put in to them. My wishes: HIIT, appartmentfriendly, no equipment, strong arms. I enjoy them when there is minimal talking 😊💝
I'm also reading and working out and reading and trying recipes in my cookbooks and working through my wine supply. At the end of this, I will either be much more literate and fit, or 40 pounds overweight with a drnnking problem!!
180 lbs, which for men is fairly normal admittedly but I am 5 foot 7 with a very sedentary life and would like to be back to my usual 160, Xmas took a toll that didn't end with xmas... That and I don't like some of the aches I am getting, I need to look after my heart before it decides to have a holiday. And yes i know there are 100 guys out there with similar vids I could have gone too but I am gay and they are all abit butch.
If you want an instructor who doesn't talk Pamela Reif is also great that way. Most of her videos have no talking in them and just music. I also really enjoy her workouts :)
She really is coming through with these quality videos. I love that you can hear her breathing sometimes too, makes me feel not so alone in dying. Some of these require serious endurance and she does such a good job.
This is the first actual workout I've ever done (apart from PE sessions in school), and after a week of doing it straight I feel so much stronger. My knees are also shit so I really appreciate no-jumps. Thank you!
Update after 3 months of being active: wow. This workout made me throw up for the first few days I did it. Now it doesn't really tire me out. I couldn't even do the kick through, side plank or squat when I started, now I can do all three. The progress is real!!! For anyone else reading this, keep going, don't give up! :)
@Mika Labidez yes I've lost weight, but mainly through managing my eating. I don't think this exercise burns enough calories to make much of a difference, but it definitely made me more focused and determined not to over-eat.
Absolutely loved this! Have really been struggling to find HIIT workouts that don't make me feel like I am ridiculously unfit, but still get my heart racing, and this was definitely it!
It’s crazy how easy you make it look. There were some exercises I couldn’t even do because I’m so out of shape. I’m going to try and do this everyday until I can do everything as effortlessly as you. Thank you so much!!!
Don't be too hard on yourself! It's hard for us all starting out. Also give yourself some variety and make it fun. Do some of her workout videos to music. This shouldn't feel like torture. Eventually you'll start loving the burn - I did! :D Keep going strong!

Yesterday I decided to start slowly again and MAN, day number two of your workouts has me feeling ALIVE!! Thank you so much, your content is so versatile and great for active people in recovery, gentle but effective. Please do more like this especially with little plyometric movements. I am dripping with sweat whoooohooooooo!!!!!
I broke both of my feet 5 weeks ago!!! Definitely have put on weight from sitting on my ass all day. I was surprised when i could actually keep up with this, definitely good for people in recovery

Hi, My name is Elizabeth and I fell off the fitness journey for a while due to, well, life. So, today is a new day and I decided to get back on track. I have done a lot of youtube work out videos but this one is one of my top three. For this fitness journey, I am excited to let you know how effective and fun these workouts are. I thoroughly enjoyed this one. :) see you on the next video!
This was a real challenging workout. I love that every move was different. Some of them I had never done before. The only thing I would like is if you give more on how to modify the more difficult ones for people who have physical issues (for me, it's my knees). For example the walk through move. Thank you!!!

Wowser! I LOVED this one. 🥰 The best part was being able to sink deep into the muscles with no jumping AND my heart rate was pumping! Thank you Maddie and yes, I’d like to see more of these types of workouts.
I got through it. I had a point to prove (to myself) 😉. What people don’t understand is that when you DONT give up you get stronger and workouts like this won’t be nothing 👏🏽
The right portion on motivation, the right portion on difficulty, the right portion on exercises... Thank you so very much for sharing your kindness and knowledge with us. ♥️
I love these I’m currently trying to come back from pushing through a partial achilles tear for months and not letting it heal I finally gave it the time it needed and with corona these are perfect to get back into things
This one was cool to change it up and not have repeats. I feel like repeats and non repeats both have pros and cons. I like how with repeats your form gets better the second or third reps, but it's easier for your mind to dread it. Where as with non repeats, it's great bc you don't get bored or expect the same thing, but sometimes it's harder the get the move right away. Today was fun! Thank you for posting these. It's so nice to stay active indoors. 😊
I had a spinal fusion 3 years ago and am working on losing weight. Lost 30lbs with diet and walking and wanted to challenge myself. Thank you for including modifications and reminding us we can go at our own pace. It went quickly and I’m definitely sweating!
Thank you for this full body hit at home. As someone getting back into a routine of working out this helped. Got a nice sweat on and the no jumping helped me not pee my pants. LOL! Just real talk from this 47 year old trying to get moving. :)
Girl! You whipped my butt into shape 2 years ago! Unfortunately this year I’ve put fitness on the back burner and I’m counting on you again! This video didn’t disappoint! Thank you sooo much
My knees and ankles are recovering from injuries so this workout is perfect for me to get an amazing HIIT in without taking a hit on my joints! I still had to modify a few of the movements for my level but forward progress is better than no progress. Thank you, Madfit!
This was a great workout. I definitely felt the burn and I was sweating. I don't know why people are complaining about the workout being misleading. It was "low" impact yet it's supposed to challenge you. I definitely will incorporate it into my weekly exercise routine 😏💪
Maddie during last 2 seconds of set: Fits in ONE MORE REP Me during last 2 seconds of set: Falls over Thank you RUclips exercise goddess for your at home fitness inspo during these times
That's exactly what I was dealing with. I keep knocking stuff over. And I think I found some spiders underneath my dresser with my feet. Lol. And not just that my floor is so damn squeeky.😆
I've had three babies in four years so getting to the gym is somewhat impossible right now. I only stumbled across these by accident but love them. Thanks Madi❤
i’ve done this workout while i have covid, and it’s perfect for me. my symptoms aren’t as extreme so i didn’t get too tired or out of breath, so 10/10!
So I at least found out how bad of a shape I'm in. I couldn't straighten my legs or try to cross my legs from under when doing the lunge, or....the list goes on. BUT I completed the workout as I know it will only get better from here. Thank you for the great video. You have a new sub here 😁
It’s a really good workout for those that already have some experienced and workout regularly. I would like to know if is possible to make a routine for beginners, since it was kinda hard to keep up and coordinate the movements of some of the exercises !
I am so grateful to you and these videos. Thank you for keeping me motivated and moving while isolated at home here in Ontario. You are a lifesaver and a breath of fresh air. I just adore you. xoxo
Sherri’s husband here. This is one of my favorites and I keep coming back to it. Thank you! Kicks my butt every time but it’s a great combination and just the right amount.
This was great, especially for a short workout. I love how it was straight through plus the 15 second helped to switch moves, especially for me where I have limited mobility and sometimes it takes a sec to get to a totally new position (i.e back to all fours). Awesome! I'd love some more low impact and longer ones.
I seriously love your workouts. They make the days I dread going to the gym worth it!!! And they go by so quick so I don’t even think about how much longer I have! Keep it up Maddie. Great job.
This is absolutely my go-to video when it comes to working out. I'm fairly new at this exercise on a daily basis thing and this video really motivates me to not only work on myself but to get the results she has! I can't wait to get results that I'm looking for!!
Love how easy this was on the joints! Really got my heart pumping!! The timer was a little quiet to me, I wouldn’t mind if it was louder so I didn’t have to look at the screen to see if it was counting down
Here's a tip for any beginners I just learned; never workout after eating a big meal. This took me two times before I understood it. I worked out after dinner one time and I ended up throwing up in the sink. Earlier I ate three hamburgers then try to do this and my whole body just hurt I didn't know what was wrong. Until I got to the bathroom😔😢
Thanks from all of us using Paw Patrol toys as a spot to stay balanced. Your short and super effective videos help this mom maintain her health and fitness (plus give me defined abs and triceps).
I have arthritis in my knees and toes have been struggling to do some of the HIIT workouts I've come across so I was very excited to stumble upon this.
just finished this workout perfect for my sleeping toddler.... I didnt do them as perfect as you but with time i'll get there! thank you!!! Im out of breath! I really enjoyed it!
I have paused st 15:36 totally broken. Came down here to get motivated by the comments and it did not fail! Gonna get back in there now. Thank you all, guys.
This is so useful! I wake up early and everyone's still sleeping, especially people downstairs were complaining about the noise- probably me trying to workout :D Thank you for saving our lives!
these are great and have helped so much in this year of lockdown. thank you ! would you consider putting up more HIIT workouts that are 20-30 mins and have only one repetition or even better no repetition ? Thanks Maddie. xo
Loved this one! Difficult enough, got a good sweat going for 20 minutes, and no jumping means it's perfect for a bad knee (or in my case, two bad knees).
I've been doing this workout for a week now and I can feel myself improving and I'm able to do some of the harder moves that I couldn't master to begin with. The only thing I can't yet do is the plank with the leg throughs. But I'm really enjoying it! Thank you!
I love how balanced this workout is and how it’s going back to basics in a good way (in a way that protects the body from injury). Coming back to this one for sure! Got my heart pumping and the exercises challenging, just what I was looking for.
Wooow! I'm sooo happy with this workout! I've burnt almost 200 calories! I am definitely going to excersise with this video more often, because it matches my ideal BPM (120-130), which most videos don't. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU
I've been doing a lot of at home workouts this past week (like... a lot) and this one has BY FAR been my favorite!! The intensity was perfect for me, and I'll definitely be doing this one again!! Being in an upstairs apartment is rough right now for workouts, but this was perfect for my space!
Really enjoyed the pace of this workout! After being sedentary for the last few months I really needed something low impact like this to ease me back into my hiit workouts. I especially love that there is no body image talk, only focus on strength and form :)

No problem, Maddie. No problem at all.
I know she's such a fraud
It's always first one down 😂. I feel you.
This was a great workout. I definitely felt the burn and I was sweating. I don't know why people are complaining about the workout being misleading. It was "low" impact yet it's supposed to challenge you. I definitely will incorporate it into my weekly exercise routine 😏💪
maddie, as someone who gets bored easily i really looove this no repeat workout!! please make more :)
Maddie during last 2 seconds of set: Fits in ONE MORE REP
Me during last 2 seconds of set: Falls over
Thank you RUclips exercise goddess for your at home fitness inspo during these times
I need a bigger room omg
Hitting my furniture hurt even more than the exercises lmao
LOVE IT THO
I had to modify that plank step and kick or else I would have broken something (furniture and body-wise!)
LOL 😂😂😂
That's exactly what I was dealing with. I keep knocking stuff over. And I think I found some spiders underneath my dresser with my feet. Lol. And not just that my floor is so damn squeeky.😆
Hhahahahahhahahahahahaha
I define broke a sweat...some things I couldn't even do. Will be doing this again! Thank you!
I've had three babies in four years so getting to the gym is somewhat impossible right now. I only stumbled across these by accident but love them. Thanks Madi❤
i’ve done this workout while i have covid, and it’s perfect for me. my symptoms aren’t as extreme so i didn’t get too tired or out of breath, so 10/10!
you go girl so proud! i literally skip workouts due to minor inconveniences but i guess I'll try to push myself too now🥺
So I at least found out how bad of a shape I'm in. I couldn't straighten my legs or try to cross my legs from under when doing the lunge, or....the list goes on. BUT I completed the workout as I know it will only get better from here. Thank you for the great video. You have a new sub here 😁
keep it up!! you can do it!
remember you got this! getting the hourglass shape doesn't come with no eating but hard work and dedication so keep that up and you got it!
the only youtuber whose low impact hiit workouts are kinda doable as I'm a beginner but wanted to challenge myself, and this was perfect! thankyou 🥺xx
It’s a really good workout for those that already have some experienced and workout regularly. I would like to know if is possible to make a routine for beginners, since it was kinda hard to keep up and coordinate the movements of some of the exercises !
she has a video for beginners already.
im a beginner. it was ROUGH
Agreed... Some of her workouts were hard... I think its good to have some alternative ways too.. unless all will be overwhelmed by it
He'll yes. I suffered
@@isobel64 if i youtube them will i find them?
Definitely agree with everyone that the low impact/apartment friendly videos are GREAT! Keep them coming!
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaa
I am so grateful to you and these videos.
Thank you for keeping me motivated and moving while isolated at home here in Ontario.
You are a lifesaver and a breath of fresh air.
I just adore you.
xoxo
Sherri’s husband here. This is one of my favorites and I keep coming back to it. Thank you! Kicks my butt every time but it’s a great combination and just the right amount.
You’re really saving a lot of us during these weird times, thank u 🥺
This was great, especially for a short workout. I love how it was straight through plus the 15 second helped to switch moves, especially for me where I have limited mobility and sometimes it takes a sec to get to a totally new position (i.e back to all fours). Awesome! I'd love some more low impact and longer ones.
My apartment manger posted this to our community page. Great exercises for being stuck at home!
I seriously love your workouts. They make the days I dread going to the gym worth it!!! And they go by so quick so I don’t even think about how much longer I have! Keep it up Maddie. Great job.
Felt horrible after a full teaching kids at school. But Maddie didn't let me off the hook. Now I feel great and sweaty as a pig. Way to go, Maddie!
"No jumping" but i sure as hell made a noise when my ass hit the ground on the second move 🥴
Hahahaha. Good one!
🤣🤣🤣
ruclips.net/video/-HDzxuSddJw/видео.html 👏🏽
Same 🤣🤣🤣🤣
LMAOOOO you'll get it soon
It helps to stay in shape during the quarantine period.
Love it, time flew by!
I simply bend my unused leg for the exercise at 15:34 so my back won’t hurt

Thanks from all of us using Paw Patrol toys as a spot to stay balanced. Your short and super effective videos help this mom maintain her health and fitness (plus give me defined abs and triceps).
I have arthritis in my knees and toes have been struggling to do some of the HIIT workouts I've come across so I was very excited to stumble upon this.
I love your workouts and to have a no repeat one is great. I get so bored with repeating moves over and over. Thank you!!
just finished this workout perfect for my sleeping toddler.... I didnt do them as perfect as you but with time i'll get there! thank you!!! Im out of breath! I really enjoyed it!
Love, love, love this! It’s a good ease-into-it workout when trying to wake myself up mid-day!
Perfect for my beginner skills and bad knees!
Thanks Maddie. xo
my roommate and i died during this
some iconic quotes: "I like spice in my food, not my life" and "this makes me feel like a broken woman"
I feel this!
Thank you!
Great workout!!! I’m glad I found your channel!!💪🏾🙌🏾🌟
I'm day 3 on a period(sorry tmi) but I wanted to move my body and the intensity was just right for me. Thank you!
exactly why i'm doing it! x
Your name goes with your comment...lol
These are my favorite types of workouts because I can do them in my dorm and still get an effective workout! Doing it today, thank you!
Shout out to everyone in upper units doing this with the people below in mind. Thank you kindly from your friendly, neighbourhood basement tenant 💪
I love how balanced this workout is and how it’s going back to basics in a good way (in a way that protects the body from injury). Coming back to this one for sure! Got my heart pumping and the exercises challenging, just what I was looking for.
Love it!! No repeat and no jumping, this is awesome. Thank you! ❤💪🏻
Who is falling while doing all these exercises 😭
Mii dude
me
The one arm planks had me falling lol
@@Jessica-lg2yc I lowkey just bumped my hips to each side and kept my arms down cause i was falling too lmao
@@Jessica-lg2yc WHAT maybe try doing it in intervals and that will help improve them 😁
Wooow! I'm sooo happy with this workout! I've burnt almost 200 calories! I am definitely going to excersise with this video more often, because it matches my ideal BPM (120-130), which most videos don't. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU
Awesome 30 min workout for us apartment dwellers! Fun note: I've been following you since I lived in NYC but now back in the Hammer. Ha
My favorite workout video. I am in an apartment now, before move to house. Love the no repeat.
Who else loves it when we end standing up? When we end laying on the mat I lay there forever cuz I cant get up 😂
So relatable😄
I've been doing a lot of at home workouts this past week (like... a lot) and this one has BY FAR been my favorite!! The intensity was perfect for me, and I'll definitely be doing this one again!! Being in an upstairs apartment is rough right now for workouts, but this was perfect for my space!
Really enjoyed the pace of this workout! After being sedentary for the last few months I really needed something low impact like this to ease me back into my hiit workouts. I especially love that there is no body image talk, only focus on strength and form :)
