You might ask someone to show you how to do that, and then try the workout. For this video, I adjusted it down 2 points to 90bps. (that's one of the "custome" settings.) Best of luck, and good on you for your effort!!
I absolutely love this woman's teaching style. I am uncoordinated and get board easily, and her clear instructions and "No-Repeat" workouts (I absolutely HATE doing the same set for multiple reps) make working out so much more enjoyable. I feel I am rediscovering the joy of moving my body and the right instructor makes ALL the difference. Thank you and keep the standing/no-repeat workouts coming! And I love the background music!🥰

As a 300lb+, 30 something big guy who has trouble with cardio due to bad knees, I love this workout. Teaching style is perfect, music makes it even more enjoyable. Definitely following this routine more often!

Omg, this is the BEST WORKOUT I HAVE HAD IN OVER 10 YRS.. I was previously working out wich i thought I was doing well till i tried this video and literally couldn't get through the first 14mins😅. Out of my more than 6 times doing this video I have only gotten through it once😂.. i love these intense workouts, the best for me by far, so far❤❤

I was working out like crazy and i was totally obsessed with that ! But unfortunately i got diagnosed with IIH ( idiopathic intracranial hypertension) and my doc said i have to stop with the hard workouts cuz they made my condition worse so i always chose this video as my to go to workout to keep my body active I’m really thankful

Your explanations and words of encouragement come at the right moment. Others talk (too much) throughout a work out or just demonstrate, you found a happy medium
Super effective cardio workout for me who rarely does cardio. I liked the fact it was low impact. For a little added increased HR I added a pair of 1kg weights and 😊👍 ✔️
I LOVE this workout so much! I’ve looked for other workouts like this on your channel, but I haven’t found other low impact cardio’s that have the rests in between. And at this stage of my journey I kind of need those couple of seconds to catch my breath. Are there other workouts like this that I haven’t found? Or are you making new ones just like this one? ❤

I'm 59 years old and after several years of sitting behind a desk, I need to get control back over my health. It's not only about body image, but general health. I have 9 grandchildren and I want to enjoy them to the fullest. I've tried gyms, it's just not for me; I'm a do it yourselfer. I appreciate your workout. Even for a returning beginner, I was able to do most of the exercises I appreciate the inclusion of weights for my bones. Definitely need to work on balancing. I'll be back
