- Join me for a 20 minute INTENSE PURE CARDIO HIIT WORKOUT to burn calories, build endurance, and get your sweat on! This is an all standing routine which means WRIST FRIENDLY and zero floor work. We will be jumping with high intensity, but I'll provide low impact options throughout. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. You can do this workout at home with no equipment needed. Try to do something different anytime a workout you can't do cause of injury comes up, that is what I usually do.

I like the 45 s intervals and a 20-minute session. That way, I count the number of exercises and 20 exercises are so advisable!
