HIIT is no joke, I’m use to going and running 1 and a half to two miles in 20 minutes and this kicked my butt more than any cardio. Good job!!

Awesome workout. Did this one on holiday where I didn't have any equipment or soft surface. Also super nice moves! Was nice to do some thing different, and not the usual squat jump/lung jump approach to standing workouts. Loved it.
