i’ve been doing this workout consistently for a few days now and i LOVE IT SO MUCH!! it’s the perfect difficulty for someone getting into working out for the first time, especially with the modifications! i do a combination of both the full and modified ones :) for the first few days i had to take a longer break than usual (like a few minutes rather than 15 seconds) about halfway through this video, but i was able to do it in its entirety for the first time today! i’ve yet to notice any visible changes but this shows that my stamina’s gotten better :D will keep to this!!

finally found a suitable workout to do while im on my period thank you!! squatting and lunging is the last thing i want to do LOL this workout was really great and i ended up burning 160 active calories and 200 total calories.

I loved this cardio workout! Just in 20 minutes heart rare went up and I had a great sweat sesh. I love that you show a ‘low impact’ version, since I’m trying to also protect my knees as I get older. I also like that I can add light weights to your movements. Definitely doing this workout when I’m short on time. ❤
