- Join me for a 20 minute CARDIO HIIT WORKOUT to get your sweat on! Get ready for a super fun and high intensity routine. We will be jumping, but I'll provide low impact modifications throughout. We'll be moving the the beat of the music which will make it fly by! There are zero floor exercises, no squats or lunges. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS ONE!!! Please do more of these cardio hiit workouts that are to the beat, they are so much fun and keeps my mind off the clock when I'm working out. The moves were at the right intensity and easy to follow. I'm glad you have the low impact options up on the screen for a longer extended period of time compared to your other videos, it helps me transition between going from low impact to high impact whenever I'm feeling gassed out. Nice! I viewed it a few min ago while at work. Will do this workout tomorrow morning before getting myself ready for work. I have a degenerative fraying of my left meniscus in my left knee myself, so like you, I will do the low impact version. I can't wait!😁

i’ve been doing this workout consistently for a few days now and i LOVE IT SO MUCH!! it’s the perfect difficulty for someone getting into working out for the first time, especially with the modifications! i do a combination of both the full and modified ones :) for the first few days i had to take a longer break than usual (like a few minutes rather than 15 seconds) about halfway through this video, but i was able to do it in its entirety for the first time today! i’ve yet to notice any visible changes but this shows that my stamina’s gotten better :D will keep to this!!

Woo hoo this got my heart rate up! I modified where I could and my heart rate stayed in the 140 to 150 range. At 45 yrs old that is awesome for me. This workout is a keeper for me!

This was probably one of my favorite cardio workouts ever! I loved the no squats or lunges aspect, and only had to do a few of the lower modifications!
Thank you Mik, a great cardio workout. Some exercises were new to me and I struggled with coordination a bit, but more practice and I would get it. The scissors I couldn't get right, also the hop and kick I struggled with. I am sweating now 🙏

I loved this cardio workout! Just in 20 minutes heart rare went up and I had a great sweat sesh. I love that you show a ‘low impact’ version, since I’m trying to also protect my knees as I get older. I also like that I can add light weights to your movements. Definitely doing this workout when I’m short on time. ❤
