    300 lbs here. Working my way down from 333. This was my first time actually making it thru this video without pausing for a breath. Thanks for helping me heal! 😊
    Edit 10/4/2024
    Hey guys! A couple people responding wanted an update. I guessed I was at around 275 before but I recently got a checkup….. 261!! Better than I thought! Got rid of the scale and just staying the course. Eat less than you think you need. You body will adjust. Your body is malleable and you stomach will naturally shrink over time. I used to eat mostly from plates but I switched to saucers for passive portion control. Everything I have been doing lately is passive. I even do core exercises in bed when I’m lazy just to give my body a boost. Broly Gainz has been a great inspiration and juice and Toya is always on my cardio list. I can do their Tabata straight through now. Also Movements By David I recommend highly for mobility exercises. I will update in the future😊 thanks for all your support!

      👏👏👏👏 Your ALREADY down 33lbs?! Awesome! How'd you lose that? 👏👏👏 This isn't even their beginner class (so the description says), so WAY TO GO!👊 I've been sittin' at procrastination station for TOO long, but I can tell my universe is tryin' to help me, 'cause this video is the 1st of its kind to REALLY 'appeal' to me.😊Top that with YOURS being the 1st post I read! I'm thinking -'If she (?)can do this, why can't I?' I don't know my weight # atm, but I DO know I'm FAR fr healthy🤦🏻‍♀️ I'm so uncomfortable in clothes & out. Just so out of shape 😞 AND unhealthy, but I never use to be. At 55, 4'11", I KNOW I need to move AND change my🍕eating habits, or I'll be super miserable soon. I was glad to see they have a nutrition page too. Well, it looks like today's the day! I do hope you're okay that I've chosen YOU as MY inspiration! 🙋🏽‍♀️ I'll be keepin' an eye on your posts/your progress (if you're comfortable with it. Some do better and appreciate a fan/supporter.) I'll be📣cheering you on all the way to your goal! (Whatever that should be), I'm glad to have found you AND Juice & Toya's channel!

I do workout(s) every day, 10000+ steps and of couse keep eating 1500kkals or less - i'm lucky enough not to feel hungry, so it's easy for me now. 61 years old and started at 245lbs on 8/1, have been working out 5 days a week, walk on the weekends. This has definitely been one of my go to workouts. I don't count calories and haven't given up any of the foods I love but have been eating healthier and watching my portions much closer. I make the foods I love that are high carb foods for a treat on occassions and never any fast food. I am now down to 215lbs on 10/24. I have way more energy, much more flexible, sleeping better and just feel better than I have in 15 yrs. 30lbs more to go before taking my bride on a 20th anniversary cruise.

Never really made it a few minutes before getting tired & giving up. I just want to say, I made it halfway through this video. Yes I did need to go at a little bit slower pace but I didn't stop. I believe it's the 10s break you get in-between that helps. I'm going to start the video over again tmrw & see how far I can get. I just want to say THANK YOU! Loved this workout. Just what I needed today. Had to cut my paid workout plans and any gym memberships for budget reasons, and when I was looking for some HIIT workouts a month ago, I found you guys on RUclips. I love all the workouts you guys do. You have been a huge blessing! Thanks for all the variety! Your workouts never get boring and that's why I always have lost momentum before. You guys are the best!

    51-year-old female here, and I love your workouts. Start weight of 138 lbs. and now I'm 120 lbs. I'm 5'0", so I needed to lose weight to avoid diabetes and hypertension 😊

    • @freewithnature
      @freewithnature 8 месяцев назад

      138 at 5 foot is not a bad weight though 🤔 Were you just afraid of gaining more? I’m 5’3 so it’s a bit taller, and when I was 138 I looked sickly.

    • @Ninja-fb2cp
      @Ninja-fb2cp 8 месяцев назад +1

      @freewithnature although it didn't seem a bad weight, I was pre-diabetic, and my blood pressure started to fluctuate, so my doctor recommended that I lose weight and increase my exercise. I always thought I looked okay, but when I lost the weight, I knew I was overweight, big difference. I have muscle and I'm grateful I don't look sickly. Mind you, when I was in my early 20s, I was 100 to 110 pounds and I would eat like a 🐷 , but at menopause your metabolism slows down 😔. The most important thing for me is that I feel great and have more energy 😊😊

    This is my number one go to workout video.
    Been doing this for a couple of weeks (most days) .
    If it wasn't for my big fat belly, I would be in ok shape.
    Have already found that my T-shirts aren't hugging me anymore.
    Hoping that in a few months most of my belly will have melted away.
    Will try 30min routine in a few weeks when I am happy with my fitness levels.
    Great fun love your fun energy.
    Thank you for starting me on my journey to a healthier me.

    So I have three and a half weeks until I leave for Spain. I let myself go terribly during COVID (drank too much, didn't go to the gym but didn't work out at home either) and I have not been able to get back on track since. I've tried a few times but it always peters out after a few weeks. I am damn determined to get back into shape, or at least a semblance of it, before November. I used to love filming travel videos, and now I feel really self-conscious in front of the camera because of my weight gain. I want to be able to confidently vlog my Spain adventures feeling fit and healthy, and your channel is the perfect motivation to do so! This was my first workout in since FEBRUARY, let's keep it going!! :)

    Guys, I absolutely love what you do. Despite being a health coach, I sometimes struggle with motivation to exercise myself but I love the way you present it, the music, the moves, so I always look forward to my next workout with you. I also love how your workouts challenge my coordination. I used to do karate which helped me with coordination but it knackered all my right joints (hip, knee, shoulder, elbow) and this is so much less impact and more symmetrical. Thank you for what you do 🙏❤️ you're brilliant at it.

    6 months postpartum and was looking for some low impact yet fun body weight stuff to ease back into more consistent fitness. New baby, house renovations, out-of-state move, starting a family business, and homeschooling our 6 year old so far this year put me on “just survive” mode so I’ve only been able to semi-consistently go on walks for the last few months. But now living in southwest Florida we have had heat advisories all week so that hasn’t helped my consistency. 🥴 It was refreshing to get some total body work done while enjoying some fun beats! Our 6 year old joined me for about half of the exercises and enjoyed what she was able to do with me. Thank you for family friendly music!
