I love these step to the beat workouts. For me, nothing is more frustrating than a cardio workout that doesn't follow a tempo - I get all tangled up and confused! :-) They're not only great for getting my heartrate up, they help with depression. I loved this workout for many reasons: -the music selection is fun and upbeat -it was a full body workout -Juice & Toya are beautifully working out together and looking like you enjoy each other presence -their were no slick/sarcastic comments or expressions -if I felt a dance move coming on I’d join Juice with joy -Toya gave me the get it girl feel for motivation -the moves challenged me for sure and it wasn’t a bunch of jumping up and down -the timer, the percentage, the exercise preview, the two different people , soooo efficient I’ll be back 🎉 Thank you for everything you did to create this!
I'm 60 this year I love all types of exercise from walking climbing cycling weights for strength.. I loved this got my heart going and a sweat on just brilliant...thankyou...
These 'to the beat' workouts are great. On the days when I feel lethargic or don't have energy to workout, these workouts save me. They are low impact but make you sweat. Pls pls pls keep them coming. Thanks and lots of love J&T❤❤❤❤❤
Honestly, I call these workouts the unmotivated workouts because I do them whenever I don't feel like working out. They are perfect for days when you just lack motivation. I hope you do more of these!
Thank you so much. I have been on a weight loss journey since June, already lost 85 lbs. I work Monday through Wednesday 12 hour night shifts and have been exhausting myself with long workouts on those days as well. I have been looking for something shorter but impactful for the days that I work and this is PERFECT! Thank you !!!

No matter how much energy im putting into the workout i AM sweaty by the end! I do alot of these youtube 20 minute videos by various to find the right fit (no pun intended) and dont always feel like ive achieved anything. So thank you. Fun workouts, fun people. the way i underestimated this video...i read low impact and thought WRONG! this workout is very much needed if you want to sweat like crazy! in 20 minutes i burned a total of 430 calories (according to apple watch) and man...im exhausted! i recommend trying this video out, you wont regret it

I absolutely 💙 this workout! Don't let the low impact confuse you - my arms were burning and I was getting warm after the first moves. 😅 Y'a'll don't know how much I needed this. I was feeling low but have committed to close the rings on my watch every day this week and this was the perfect thing to close out the evening and the energy just lifted my mood. Thank you so much for all that you do. BTW, some of these moves was challenging my coordination skills but I caught on/up 🤣

Im sweating so much! This was really fun! I just started working out again for the first time in 6 years. After i became a mom i lost all motivation and was depressed for 6 years and practically became bed ridden. This was PERFECT for me to start moving my body again. I cant thank you guys enough for this video. Im starting to feel like my old self again.
I'm not an old person here but an extremely obesed teenager weighing 97 kg at 18 years old and lemme tell you I've tried bunch of other fitness youtubers workout to follow Daily but I used to never able to finish it and feel more frustrated and unmotivated instead and then used to stop working out for months and this is happening to me since i was 15 but now today again was the day I wanted to do something to get atleast a step closer to be healthy and I came across your channel thankfully and please THIS IS THE BEST WORKOUT FOR FOLKS LIKE ME for the first time in my life I was able to complete a workout and I'm feeling so good and motivated rn I'll keep doing this Daily and then will try to add other more advance workout routine of you guys I hope I'll be able to loose weight and get healthy soon ❤️🩹

This is the perfect video for my current self. I’ve been pretty depressed the past couple of months with extreme brain fog and I spend a lot of my free time rotting in bed. This was a great way to get back into it. I wouldn’t say I’m out of shape but the hardest part of this was staying coordinated 😂

Love these videos! I’ve been doing low impact for years, and even more so now after a car accident last year. The music was fun and uplifting, I got to move and sweat and get my steps in. Love that I can come home and do this after a full day’s work. 🎉

I've used exercise to try to ward off depression too and just to keep going since I lost my only child.

Thank you for this. I miss working out with you. Since my hysterectomy my body is week and even though it's been a year and a half I'm still not able to do what I used to. So I'm mostly walking & doing low impact workouts like these. Looking forward to seeing your bundle of joy coming soon!

Love these videos! I’ve been doing low impact for years, and even more so now after a car accident last year. The music was fun and uplifting, I got to move and sweat and get my steps in. Love that I can come home and do this after a full day’s work. 🎉

@@sammy_712 in our case we found a new hobby that we enjoy doing together. This then also led to feeling more attractive again. But most of all it's the having fun aspect😊
