  • Tap in with us for another STEP TO THE BEAT workout if you need some motivation to move your body! This workout is made up of 20 different stepping movements that are done to a 10 song playlist of our favorite instrumental beats. This workout will surprisingly get your heart pumping and you may even break a sweat without even realizing it. This workout requires no equipment but feel free to add weights, extra dance moves, or whatever you need to make the most of this 20 minute session. Working out consistently doesn’t have to be daunting and hopefully this inspires you to move your body whenever youre feeling unmotivated.
