- Tap in with us for another STEP TO THE BEAT workout if you need some motivation to move your body! This workout is made up of 30 different stepping movements that are done to a 15 song playlist of our favorite instrumental beats. This workout will surprisingly get your heart pumping and you may even break a sweat without even realizing it. This workout requires no equipment but feel free to add weights, extra dance moves, or whatever you need to make the most of this 30 minute session. Working out consistently doesn’t have to be daunting and hopefully this inspires you to move your body whenever you're feeling unmotivated. As always let us know how you feel after completing this workout!

Thanks you for doing this. As someone who has acute arthritis and depression. You were able to help me moving and grooving to some. It helped me mentally that I was able to achieve something today! 💜
Honey, you are not alone. I have systemic lupus and rheumatoid arthritis is part of the package. But you know what? I found a great rheumatologist specialized in nutrition, and he prescribed a vegan, whole food diet. I haven't had arthritis in a year!!!! Hope this helps.

I've got depression too.. at my lowest I've ever been. Somehow I've managed to work out for 15 minutes a day, 4 days a week (for four weeks straight!). I still don't know how I manage. If we can do it, anyone can :)

So glad I found you two! Easy to follow (well it might take a minute sometimes) and very doable for a 70 year old with fibromyalgia. I'm sure some of your routines are for younger and stronger but I appreciate the ones I can do! Thank you

Toyah is growing a bubby! 🤩 How have I missed this? 🥰 And as for the work out, Juice as right, this is perfect if you are lacking motivation. I'm recovering from an injury and it was a perfect way to wake up my body without furthering any damage.

Bomb workout y'all! I love the LIIT aspect and a good start-of-the-week motivator to 'get the blood flowing' if nothing else, although, the shirt did get wet! Great Monday workout to get the week started. I added 3lb hand weights to this workout and burned 250 calories. You can keep it loose and dance with the moves or make it more controlled either way you will get what u need. Ibtried both lol. This workout is proof that you don't need super intense cardio, heavy weights or hours to get a good workout in, burn good calories and move your body. Just give yourself 30 min and stay consistent.
