this cardio workout is MUCH NEEDED given the weather getting colder. i don’t know how often i’ll be able to get my usual runs in with the temperatures being in the 30s. so indoor cardio workouts will be playing a big role for me! thank you guys always!!

I want to give you a little tip. Don't do HITT training consecutive days. Skip and day. And don't do HITT more than 3x a week that includes weighted HITT training.
@@SeniorBetro HIIT training is very taxing on your body and central nervous system. You can get burned out quickly doing too much HIIT training and could injury yourself. And try to do HIIT exercises in the morning. Doing HIIT in the evening could disrupt your sleep at night.

I love your workouts! On the exercises that don't feel great for my knees, I usually just do something similar on the mini-tramp, for lower impact. My intensity is often higher, but the impact on my knees/joints is lower.
Today's my first day of doing this workout although I completed but it was quite difficult for the first day ......will try to continue and let everyone know how impactful it was
this felt insanely good! ❤ i alternated squats and lunge sets with high knees and punches. more of these please. i love minimal to no squats and lunges HIIT workouts!!!
Normally I wouldn't touch any 30min workout videos from other youtubers bc I know I wouldn't finish the entire routine & quit in the middle but this is absolutely do-able and I finish sweating like I just had shower. love it!!!!
