    This was so hard this morning and that finisher was one of the meanest things you’ve ever done! 😂 Still, I’m proud of myself for pushing through and for staying consistent with my workouts.

    Week 2, Day 3 [02/11/22]; Workout completed + 10 Minute High Intensity Abs/Core Workout
    I was so happy when we reached that 99% without burpees and that burpee challenge popped up.
    Anyway, I loved noticing how I didn't feel the need to stop for more time and do it without so many modifications; I'm getting better because of you guys and also my mental health. Thank you so much :).
    NOTE: If you feel proud now, imagine how you'll feel when the challenge is over.

    Week 2, Day 3: Great cardio workout! I have to say when I see these the laziness tries to get to me, but after finishing it my body feels so good and refreshed.

    When I do make a comment I rarely get a response but to Juice and Toya I am so happy I came across your page. Your workouts have helped me Soo much. I have come to realize that at 49 doing alot if cardio wasn't working for me. It's funny how just by doing the dumbbell workouts are helping me to tone and lose inches. So want to reach my goal by January.

      I came to realize the same thing. All that cardio at 51 I've been there and Done that. Not saying cardio isn't important but I find workouts such as this one is more effective. It's funny how what used to work for you when you were younger don't work for you when you get older. At the end of the day keep your body moving and good luck on your journey.

    This was a great workout for a beginner. My children came in my room and worked out with me for about 5 minutes and left, but mommy kept going. Thank you so much for the workout. ❤

    Summer ready challenge week 3 day 3...so sweaty, was so glad to finally lay down at the end to do the bicycles but then you got me w that finisher, felt longer than 60 seconds 😂 it almost killed me, have a great Wednesday everyone!! Halfway through week 3 already!!! 😊

    Wk 6 day 3 - this is my fave cardio workout. With the constant variety and times, things move along quickly. I did 17 burpees last time and 20 this time. I never used to be able even to do 2!!!

    A little bit late, but they say it's better late than never and here we are. I just love HIIT workouts, except burpees, God, I really got to know myself and noticed how challenging they are for me. Still confident and pushing through!

    Wk 10 day 3 - this is such a great cardio workout. When I started I couldn't do jumping jacks. Today I did waaay better!!! Yay!

    Week 2 day 3 of celebration challenge 11/2/22. This workout was intense and kicked my butt bc I'm sore from the push up workout yesterday! I pushed through and made it! The finisher always get my sweat and blood pumping! Love the format!

    Week 2 Day 3: With the exception of the Finisher (for now-only able to step and not jump burpees). I am always excited to burn some body fat, so I am all in for a crazy sweat. I feel ready for more. Let’s Go! 💪🏽😅💪🏽

    another day of the challenge. This was a great workout but it challenged my coordination almost as much as my endurance. Finished with the 10 min HIIT abs workout. The combination definitely finished me off.
