- Tap in with us for an Upper Body Dumbbell Tabata Workout! We broke up this workout into 4 groups of 3 strength/HIIT exercises that target the the shoulders, back, chest, biceps, and triceps. All you need for this workout is a pair of dumbbells (we used 10# and 20# dumbbells, but feel free to go lighter/heavier). This workout is advanced, but Juice has you covered with modifications. God bless you guys! Everyone has been complimenting me on how my body is getting toned and i have never been fitter before! Not even 10 years back! All my friends have babies and I hold them for such long hours without complaining of any shoulder/ neck or arm pain. All thanks to you guys!
Summer Ready '23 W4D2: Woke up at 7 am to do this before I got on the road. I didn't get a lot of sleep and almost talked myself into using the lightest weights possible. However, once I got started I woke a up a little and I used the max weight I could. This was a good workout on my now sore arms and definitely one I'll be saving to a playlist.
Because I'm traveling, I made a homemade breakfast sandwich with low calorie bread, turkey bacon and an egg and a brought a small container of peach slices. I won't be gone long and there's no healthy food where I'm going so I packed almonds, no sugar added apple sauce, and RX bars and oatmeal to balance out whatever I'll have to have for dinner. I'm also going to utilize the hotel gym; there's not much in it but I brought my yoga mat. I'm committed to finishing the week strong.

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
My daughter and I just did this workout. It’s really fun and we broke a sweat. Safe to say our arms are on fire as well🔥

I've been sooo tired this week. I mixed this with some light yoga, and it was perfect. It got me moving, with just the right amount of intensity, and got my heart rate up. Best part is, I don't feel work out, and I was able to finish the entire work out.

I’ve been doing this workout with 15lb dumbbells a couple days a week for two weeks now. I think I’ve finally find a workout that can help strengthen my shoulders that have taken abuse from soccer injuries! Looking forward to increasing weight, but not until the shoulder pain/tiredness goes away. Your videos are awesome!

This is week 4 of the Summer Challenge, I felt stronger before starting this workout but this was a reality check of there is more work to be done. I am definitely motivated to keep working out because i have come so far and know consistency is key. Thank you J+T for another great workout 💪🏽

Week 4 Day2 2023 Summer Ready Challenge: This one pushed me. I started with 8lbs and had to move to 5lbs for some of the exercises. I'm still getting used to using weights and glad I have room for improvement. I will definitely be doing this one again.

Week 4, Day 2 [16/05/23]; Workout completed! + 10-Minute Upper Body Dumbbell Burnout.
I donated blood so, I didn't do much weight and tried not to force my arm and even with that, MY ARMS ARE SORE, but I managed to finish and enjoyed the workout!
That was awesome! Used a mix of different dumbbells and dropped the weight as needed 💪🏻🔥🥵
