    How to choose a fit weight pound of the dumbbell? Any suggestions? Thanks

      Start light and work up! Try 5 lbs to start. If the full 20 minutes is too easy, increase the weight :)

    I like the exercises but too repetative. Would be better if you changed the exercies half way through
