All you need is a moderate to heavy pair of dumbbells and we recommend using multiple sets of weights if you have them. This workout targets the chest, back, shoulders biceps, triceps, and of course, your abs/core. I started these with 40 pd dumbbells but had to switch to 30’s for the second set lol, another great workout. Now time to finish it off with one of your 15 minute cardio hiit videos.
You two always deliver the best workout plans and especially very realistic and suitable for working girls, like me who prefer home workouts - lack of time
I know this workout has been out there for a while, but this was my 1st time. I loved it! The tempo of the music was perfect. It allowed me to concentrate on my form and get optimal benefits from each exercise!
I've done almost all your workouts on youtube now and they are still my favourite. Another Solid strength sesh!

Just finished my morning upper body workout with J&T!! I'm feeling the burn and I got a nice sweat going as well! These workouts are so good! Blessings!!
I have never worked out consistently. I'm 45 and started with j+it's 30 minute beginner full body dumbbell workout. After a month or two I moved up to the standard 30 min full body dumbbell workout. I then changed to the 60 minute full body dumbbell workout. I have now switched to this upper body and abs, which I go through twice for 60 minutes. On lower body days I do the 30 minute lower body and abs and 30 minutes on the elliptical. Intake a rest day every 3rd day. I look and feel better than I ever have. Thanks Juice and Toya, for showing me that it's never too late to get in shape!

Just did this workout. Came out in time for me to do my arms workout. I normally do one of the other shorter dumbbell workouts but I decided to try this one. I actually like this one more and I was heavily challenged while also being able to feel like I could do the full workout. Love it.

I was looking forward to this workout. It was so great thanks again! I dit this with 3 kg dumbells. Normally i use 5kg but for my back i used a lighter one for a while but it went very well. Next time ill try the 5kg again . I love your workouts so much. Again so many thanks ❤

This workout definitely took me out my comfort zone especially the sit ups with weights 🥵 but I was able to do it(with a few modifications) balancing on leg/knee was not easy for me 💪
