Please do more “no repeat” workouts!!!! It’s the only thing that gets me into the gym. Knowing I can really push myself for just 45-60 seconds even if I hate the exercise (like lunges) makes me reach for the heavier weights!!!
Week 1 Day 2. Honestly I was so tired and busy today. I was very tempted to skip even though it’s only the 2nd day. Prepped healthy dinner for the family and exercised while it cooked. Used the 20 to 3O seconds to stir and check on food. Felt like a super mom getting dinner on the table and not skipping working out today. I’m so glad I didn’t. Enjoyed the variations of the exercises to incorporate the bench…got a nice boost to finish the day stronger than I started. Very creative J&T!

Week 1, Day 2 [25/10/22]; Workout completed! My arms are begging for mercy honestly, but this must be one of my favorite workouts since now. Totally loved it, couldn't even believe it was over. Thank you so much. NOTE: See? Everyday you go by something even more challenging, you achieve it and like it. How amazing can it be? Let's keep it! I'm so ready for tomorrow :).
This is awesome!! The two of you never disappoint. I would love to see more workouts using a cardio step for strength training with dumbbells and kettle bells. I have a sturdy cardio step that I use as a weight bench. Thank you so much!!

Every single time I’m looking for a different type of workout, you guys already have a version of it and accommodating to my beginner level. Day #2 Just got done. I'm sweating. 😆. I had to do kitchen counter push ups cuz I'm weak, but I got through. I'm not great at dips either but that'll improve. The elevation changes things up big! Thanks you two. 🥰 63 and getting younger. 👏

Hi Juice & Toya, I'm from New Zealand & I came across your guys page a couple weeks ago and I've done a few of your workouts, I also recommended you to a few girls at the gym I go to, and have played your workouts on the tv at the gym 😁, I love how professional your videos are, minimal talking, very easy to follow, I love how Juice does the more intense workouts & Toya does the intermediate to bigginer workouts. I love how you have a veriety of workouts to choose from.
Week 1, Day 2: I was able to get through the first set fairly easy but the second set was kind of taxing on the areas of my body that were sore from the previous workout. At any rate, I was able to complete it with barely any mods. Thank you!
Week 1 Day 2: I enjoyed this workout so much, and to keep it in rotation, I repeated it since it dropped last week. It takes more core breathing technique during SPLIT-SQUATS, and I am good. Modifications today were as follows: Elevated Push-Ups, Bench Ups, Sit-ups (heels elevated). The upper body strength work is a process. 😅
Week 1, day 2 completed, I loved this workout! It was a great workout for me, I struggled with the gluten bridges and situps off of the bench, but managed to push through and finish the workout!
Week 1 Day 2: sooo good!! I was laying on the floor for a good 10 minutes, still sweating! I have a wrist injury (it’s 2 months now) and surprisingly these workouts didn’t trigger any pain. 🎉 i haven’t done dips in so long, the struggle was real but got it done!! Let’s go day 3!
I didn't have anything nearby that seemed stable enough to be in a workout, but wanted to try this one anyway. So I just did it without, some exercises with weight, some bodyweight. Also worked pretty well (better than expected tbh xD I thought there would be some exercises I had to swatch for something completely different, but no) & gave me a great strength sesh. Thanks for being around, Happy New Year, and get well soon Juice!! Can't wait to continue working out with you in 2023! 🤩💚

10/25/22- Week 1, day 2 Great workout! My initial thought was since it was body weight, it would be less challenging, I was so wrong. Definitely feeling it and enjoyed every minute. I like that you incorporated a bench or stool.

I would absolutely love it if you did a step workout with weights. Something high intensity I also like the TA BTA stuff. Anyway, Id love to see a step incorporated into it, because I have one and I’m not really sure what to do with it. And I just saw from your use of the bench, that there’s all kinds of versatile ways that we can use our equipment. I just use it for squats to build up knee strength. But I bet there’s a lot more I could do.
Week one. Day two. 30 day challenge. The longest 20 minutes of my life, except perhaps during the birth of my first child.😂 when I heard the sirens going off, I’m like oh thank goodness, but it was only the 10 minute mark! This was an excellent work out. Thank you Juice and Toya! ❤
Wk 5 day 2 - I am seeing some improvement in my dips and my push-ups, which are my weakest parts. Thank you guys so much. I love being able to just repeat the plan and not have to think about what change up workout to do.
Week 1 Day 3 (10/26/22) Continuing to modify the schedule to accommodate my long run. This was a great change-up and I could feel it challenging me in different ways. My second go-thru was better as I changed where my chair was.

Week 1 day 4 playing a game of catch up this week but been working out everyday...this benc/step workout did a number on my shoulders and with the sit ups and everything my body is feeling it... love it though and enjoy working out everyday I forgot how much I enjoy it... even though I'm a day off still plugging away!!!!

Week 1 day 2 of celebration challenge 10/25/22 this one had me dripping in sweat. It was awesome especially in such a short amount of time. I've never done a bench workout and I really enjoyed it!

Week 1 Day 2 loved the elevated push ups since I have a hard time doing regular push ups. Ummm I gotta stick to modifications for the elevated heels…..I couldn’t get myself up all the way.

Loved this! Added a 15lb dumbbell to the split squats and some of the floor work for extra bang. I can’t do the step ups, so figured out a no impact/no knee stress variation with cardio. This is a great work in for (rest days - haha what’s that?) and I know I’ll feel it! 💪🏼🏋🏻♀️💚❤️🔥🌈✨🔥⚡️
