I love the shorter workouts! Had a life change recently and don't have much time for the longer ones anymore. I do the short ones when I can (if I'm not dead tired from the day already 😅).

And here I am, going to do this workout everyday for a month. I hate cardio and I want to love it. Day 1: Sweaty, Modified like 5 of the exercises, did a plank instead of jumping jacks cuz my legs had had it. I'm going to improve. Day 2: Sore from yesterday. Still sweaty, modified more than 5, but feels good to warm up the sore muscles. I'm going to improve. Day 3: Did some feel good yoga. Day 4,5,6: Yoga because I got sick! Day 7:
Give yourself credit for showing up and doing it! Consistently is the key to success … not perfection. There’s nothing wrong with modifying a work out… it’s better yo modify it than get injured abd be sidelined… 😊
Also… don’t be afraid to take a day off or do a gentle workout like stretching… sometimes it’s more beneficial to let your body rest than to push too much…

Dear Anna, what a great idea to do the workouts and imaging being somewhere else. I enjoyed it a lot dreaming to be in NYC while sweating in real in my swabian village. What about a Berlin edition or being at the beach or in the Alps....?? Btw, I startet January 20th with your workouts and lost only about 2 kg, but 6 cm at the waist, and feel much more healther, fit, and better in shape and posture. Thank you for your great work!

I love your workouts ! i have given birth to 3 children. i have been working out with you since the birth of my 1st child .i'm loving the results and the workout schedule keeps me on track . The workouts are challenging but what keeps me going is knowing i will grow stronger by pushing myself and i also keep in mind this is good for my mental health .
