Excellent!!! I'm 63 and could do this interesting workout a bit slower than you but absolutely enjoyed it. Please also create slow stretching and mobility workouts.
And also if they could that the people who make the video are 55 years old or older...
Great and sweaty workout! The moves were easy but it got my heart pumping and body sweating. Definitely much needed cardio. Love these quick 20 minutes all standing. Please keep them coming! 🥰

1 hour workout please.
I added core and lying exercises like crunches, pushups, bicycles etc to make it a complete workout. Just hate it when some movements and exercises are restricted (like no jumps or only standing). Please include full body also in future.
Actually, no please don’t do that. I’m a person with a full house hold, so I can not do jumping exercises or I’ll disturb the whole house, and I can not do laying down exercises because I have a hard floor and no yoga mat. So some people have preferences. The whole world doesn’t revolve around you.
