I’ve been doing your workouts for so long and read that tiff preferred to be behind the camera. Today I was already doing another workout and saw both on the thumbnail and was like I gotta watch this and I loved this workout! I’m so happy to have tiff in so many videos now! Dan was amazing to trained with but it’s always nice to have some female energy! This channel is so good!

Please do more of these kind of videos, especially the standing ones because for someone like me with bad knees, we can’t get on the ground and get back up in time. Thank you for taking time and the work to make a video like this.

Like the new set up with advanced and beginner, as I doing the advance have an injury especially in the knees there is an alternative to do for that set in the beginner

What editing program do you use that has a countdown timer ?
Final cut pro, but the timer is an extension - it's not built in.
