I love your workouts. You are one of the few for whom cardio really means CARDIO (you don't spend half the time on the floor, you don't have 5 min warm-up and 5 min cool-down), when I'm looking for cardio I want something similar to running, short but intense.
I have searched online for 15 minute cardio workouts appropriate for all ages and these are perfect. Mikala does not talk down or act syrupy sweet, and exudes positive motivation in a calm manner. I actually enjoy my workouts now. THANK YOU!

I LOVE your workouts! The best thing about them for me is how you don’t repeat a move therefore the muscles never squeeze into cramping. You seem to understand that is isn’t necessary to kill your self to get a good workout and the importance of that. There is something for everyone. I give you an A+, 10 out of 10 👏
I've been doing this for roughly two weeks on the top of my regular workouts. I don't take breaks in between and continue the previous move and I am drenched in the end. I love it❤❤

Thank you so much for your "To the Beat" workouts! I'm not a dancer, but I find it difficult to move OUT of sync with the music--it really messes with my head when the instructor IS. That extra effort makes a difference to me! 🤩
Thank you SO very much for adding the modified moves! I love your workouts and due to arthritis in my left hip I can no longer do jumping or lunges and my squats are super modified to "almost not a squat," Lol! At 61 I'm still in great shape with defined abs.

These are my favorite workouts - all standing. Curious to know if you are able to do those in 30 minutes for longer workouts? In general, I love any 30 minutes workouts you do an or I combine some shorter ones. Love the standing workouts or floor wrist friendly. Also really enjoy the low impact suggestions since I am still working on sit-ups and push-ups 😢 and enjoy full body warm up and cool downs before and after workouts. I searched a long time before finding the right coach and I stopped after I found you! Thanks for all the great videos 😊
I love this!! I use it when working in the office!! I do all the low impact moves so I won’t feel like I’m just sitting for hours at my desk! Gets my heart rate up and keeps my blood flowing!! I love all your vidz 🤌🏾💪🏾
I really appreciate you showing the modified version. There's a lot of workouts on here that they don't always do. I cannot do how impact anymore that was when I was younger and I have knee problems both of them so quite a few things like squats and lunges that I can't do. You do a very good job explaining the exercise. I have other workouts on RUclips that I use sometimes but always end up usually going to yours cuz I just like the way you do your workouts.
Okay literally that was amazing!! Not sure if it was the moves, your smile or the music but I smiled so much during that. I appreciate that you kept the low impact moves on the screen the whole time. Really kept my heart rate up without discomfort on my knees. I'm a bigger girl but I love to move my body and hoping to tome up and loose some weight (again...covid undid all my hard work) this workout burned 215 Calories.

Dumbbell work outs are more my thing but thought I might do the fall challenge. It was fun and I'm sweating! As a mom of 3 some of the jumping just isn't happening so thank you for mods. I try to only do them if I physically can't do the high intensity. Will definitely try another but definitely keep those full body with Weights coming for us too 😀 thanks girl!
