    This is my favorite stretch routine. I'd love more of these. I'd do a 30 minutes relaxing stretch if you made one. It is so relaxing and feels good.

      I like the shorter 15-20mins stretch sessions but we are all different🙄😊

      @@jeanpaga-lx8dp yes I think if the stretches were varied and included lots of nice spinal twists and some of them were held a bit longer I certainly wouldn’t mind a 30mins stretch session👍😊

    When I’m on my period, I can’t do a lot of high impact workouts. This routine was perfect. I feel like I accomplished something while not feeling my best. More of these videos would be amazing!

    After my almost daily one-and-a-half-hour workouts, this stretching exercise is always the reward. Sometimes that's the only reason I go through the training. Perfect stretching, moves everything, my body and soul love it :). And as someone wrote before me, I would also be happy if there was a longer version too. Thank you for this exceptionally great video!

    I absolutely love this stretch video. It is so relaxing and I get such a great stretch, especially in my legs. I do this on my active recovery days and when I’m feeling really wounded up after some workouts. It’s great right before bedtime as well. Thank you 😊

    Joyful, that’s how I find all your workouts. Sweaty but happy doing 2-3 routines a day to keep me sane through the perimenopause. I’m overweight, stiff and achy (cheers hormones!) but your exercises make me feel like I can achieve anything, such a boost. So thank you Mik!

    I enjoy doing this session at the end of the day before bedtime. Thank you. Here are a couple of thoughts.... Have you 1) considered doing a stretch/recovery routine specifically for nighttime before bed and 2) consider adding an extra 5 minutes to the end for extended relaxation so the computer doesn't move ahead to the next video. That way we can relax for a bit at the end without having to reach over to stop the computer (or phone or tablet). What do you think, Mik?
    I enjoy all your routines and do at least one every single day. Thank you.

    I started out doing another persons beginner workouts because I’m heavily overweight for my height and I did want to hurt myself. It’s been three weeks since I started exercising and decided to try a little weights and found one of your full body workouts with weights and absolutely loved it. So today is day two and I did another of your full body with dumbbells and again, I loved it. So after today’s workout I thought I’d try some good stretching to hopefully help avoid the dreaded lock knee walking I always encounter after a workout and this was just perfect. By the end I felt so relaxed and yet invigorated for the day. This will be aa staple in my exercise routine. Thank you for this.

    Best stretch ever. I didn’t feel the need of overdoing the stretches like in other videos, as it is really good explained I did not stress over if I’m doing it good and ended up really relaxed 😌

    I just found your program a couple of weeks ago. I started out by doing random workouts. I have now just completed your week one fall 2023. I have to admit that I love the way you set this program up. 35 minutes goes really fast and by the time I’m done. I feel like I’ve done something.     Please do one For people with less flexibility. I could barely bend down and I hope to graduate prove my flexibility but felt that this was almost impossible for me in some of the moves
