When I’m on my period, I can’t do a lot of high impact workouts. This routine was perfect. I feel like I accomplished something while not feeling my best. More of these videos would be amazing!

After my almost daily one-and-a-half-hour workouts, this stretching exercise is always the reward. Sometimes that's the only reason I go through the training. Perfect stretching, moves everything, my body and soul love it :). And as someone wrote before me, I would also be happy if there was a longer version too. I enjoy doing this session at the end of the day before bedtime. Thank you. Here are a couple of thoughts.... Have you 1) considered doing a stretch/recovery routine specifically for nighttime before bed and 2) consider adding an extra 5 minutes to the end for extended relaxation so the computer doesn't move ahead to the next video. That way we can relax for a bit at the end without having to reach over to stop the computer (or phone or tablet). What do you think, Mik? I enjoy all your routines and do at least one every single day. Thank you.
I started out doing another persons beginner workouts because I’m heavily overweight for my height and I did want to hurt myself. It’s been three weeks since I started exercising and decided to try a little weights and found one of your full body workouts with weights and absolutely loved it. So today is day two and I did another of your full body with dumbbells and again, I loved it. So after today’s workout I thought I’d try some good stretching to hopefully help avoid the dreaded lock knee walking I always encounter after a workout and this was just perfect. By the end I felt so relaxed and yet invigorated for the day. This will be aa staple in my exercise routine. Thank you for this.

Please do one For people with less flexibility. I could barely bend down and I hope to graduate prove my flexibility but felt that this was almost impossible for me in some of the moves
