I did this flexibility routine for about a week, and I already feel my joints getting loser. Everything feels easier and whenever I workout, I feel like I can do more. Flexibility matters. Thanks Tom. 😇

Tom, just wanted to say that you are 1. great at what you do 2. real contrast to the usual obnoxious body-flashing RUclips coaches 3. an audio-visual representation of any guy's friend who they're proud to have.

Love your "follow along" videos. Each movement is fully explained and adaptable to a wide range of abilities. ...also more motivating to follow a video than to simply work from a written list!

Could not disagree more. It’s almost impossible to follow what is being stretched or how someone would do them without hurting themselves trying.

I’ve always been extremely inflexible. Recently I went to the doctor for chronic lower back pain and he said he’s never seen some as inflexible as me. Since then I’ve decided to start stretching morning and night, every day. Not only has my back pain subsided but I feel like my overall health is improving. Tom, I found your videos and started with V1 and have worked through them...they’re so great! I’m so thankful you shared these with the world! I feel like V2 and V3 are too complicated for me so I stick to V1. My hamstrings are extremely tight so some things are still really tough to do. Any recommendations for that would be much appreciated! 👊🏼💪🏼🤙🏼

If you can make it happen, deep tissue massages are great. Heat pads can help. I even use cupping therapy to break up the tight tissue on my body.

I just discovered your channel about a week ago, so I’ve not been watching your videos for very long. (Love it, btw 🙌🏼)
If it’s not too much trouble, if you continue to make these follow along videos, would you mind briefly explaining the stretches - what they do, why they are helpful, and what not? I love these videos, but I’m always wondering “why is ‘this’ a good stretch, what is it doing?” Does that make sense? I’m recovering from a recent foot injury, and as I’m learning how to better take care of my body to prevent future injury, it’s nice to know the “why’s” so I can get to know my body better. I hope I communicated that clearly.
You’re cool. I like you. Thanks for the videos! ✌🏼

This might be the best one yet for me. The amount of time spent in each position is perfect, and it gives me a bit of extra time to get into the position in the first place (you make it look easy, but for the average Joe it is not).

  • @mattb.1236

Absolutely love these videos, extremely well polished. The only suggestion I have is to explain the areas of impact of each stretch before going into it. Following from home, when you specify where we should feel the tension release, it really helps me know that I'm doing it correctly. I try to alternate V1, 2 and 3 each week so I'm not always doing the same. Gotta say that second to last couple of stretches here where you the shoulder to the ground and legs wide open is a killer. Love, love, love this channel.

Hi Tom body weight Warrior fan here. Just love all your all your demos and videos ...You've really inspired me to get back into flexibility again .....just one thing u might want to include a demo after your pancake and splits routine ....I was heavily into Gymnastics and martial arts and always got groin injury after routines ....and this was simply by not swivelling my hips clockwise and anti clockwise after coming out of the box and front splits but especially the box splits .....just thought u would maybe find that relevant.....but power to you bro. ......I'm 45 and my flexibility is almost as it was when I was 18-19 .....so just want to thank you very much ..God bless for all the great work and inspiring work your doing.Paul from Scotland 🇬🇧

ABSOLUTELY AMAZED BY THE ADDITION OF RESISTANCE BURSTS, holy shit I cannot believe how much more flexible I got in five seconds. My quads are SOOO tight from a workout and the first grab of my foot to stretch them was intense, then I did the pressing of foot pulses, and in no time my foot was touching my butt. Bravo, you are an awesome instructor. I love your mobility and flexibility routines and post them to facebook every time.

Thanks for this revamp Tom! Your mobility routines have been a great supplement to my powerlifting. Feeling strong and supple (enough) at the same time! Merry Christmas!
