I want to say thank you to both of you. I’ve had to make some lifestyle changes recently to become a better me, including intermittent fasting, watching what I eat, avoiding certain foods, and layering what I eat after a fast. I was exercising but not consistently. Now I get up every morning around 5 AM to do one of your workouts and it has been a huge game changer. It was the missing piece to the puzzle of what I needed to become a better me. Thank you so much for taking the time to make and post these videos. I promise you you’re reaching people and making a difference. I’m down a pant size and a half and feel like a new person.

I ain't gonna lie, today was a complete full day of being unmotivated. I didn't wanna workout but I skipped yesterday due to time restraints & didn't wanna skip another day. Glad I didn't & I wasn't wishing it was over with each rep like I am during some other routines I've found on YT (mainly the repeat kinds, LOL). Thanks.

Created a cardio focused routine last night and this workout was day one. I HATE cardio so i am happy to feel challenged without feeling like it’s punishment 😭😂. Imma work on not watching the clock next time. 😩
