How did I NOT about you two?!? As a person with endometriosis, sciatica, a messed up knee and other chronic pain conditions I have a hard time exercising. I can't get down on the floor and I can't jump around so I haven't exercised in more than 10 years. I found your channel by accident and I LOVE IT!! This routine is just what I need and I plan to do it 2 to 3x a day until I can build up my stamina and ability to do other exercises. Thank you for sharing your time, energy, and skills. It's very much appreciated.
Me too! I also do Bigan Yoga which is another low impact exercise. Just search for that on YT to add that to your repertoire of exercises. I've gotten stronger, fitter and slimmer combining Juice & Toya with Bigan Yoga workouts. Best wishes!
I don't know how you call this "low impact", but I was sweating all through and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. I loved that it was quick and highly efficient. Plus I logged in 1600 steps and 92kcal in just 15mins. So amazing. I'm one of your biggest fans with love from Nigeria 🇳🇬 ❤

I found you guys over a month ago as I was looking for strength workouts to do at home that incorporated both kettlebells and dumbbells and I must say, I'M SO THANKFUL you guys came up! I've been strength training for years in the gym and Bootcamp classes, but I've always preferred working out a home. Over this last month or so, I've gotten stronger, looking slimmer and lost some body fat. I absolutely love your workouts! I had to comment on this one because I was sore from other workouts this week, but wanted to move my body and came across this one amongst your vids. This definitely gave me what I needed. Anyone thinking of doing it, don't underestimate it. I got a good sweat and over 1000 steps that helped me reach my step count for the day. Thank you J+T! Keep up the amazing work!

I've been in a roll with working out practically everyday for an hour....but this person got their TIME of the month today and having lots of cramps. Im listening to my body by not going super hard, but still need something to do to stay active and keep my consistency and momentum up.....this was a perfect negotiation because now I can say I did SOMETHING :)

Week 4 day 4...got me moving, my 8 & 10 year old did this one w me today, added in some dance moves, man they got style! This felt good, got a nice little sweat in. Can't believe tomorrow is the last day of the challenge, it has flown by, I can see my progress, so proud of myself. Can't wait for the next challenge already, hahaha!!

Thank you for making HIIT low impact workouts that get the heart rate going. I have multiple injuries that make it difficult to get my heart rate up with exercising. Your workouts, in one week have helped me drop 1kg in weight and significantly dropped my blood pressure, nearly into the normal range. Hopefully next week or the week after I will no longer have high blood pressure thanks to your workouts!!!
Week 5 with the J & T dynamic duo and never been more motivated. I’m trying to shake 45 pounds before my 44th birthday. I flow between strength and cardio. This workout is no joke. It was fun and challenging! I sweated more during this session than advanced hiit. So worth it!
I don’t normally do walking exercises but I did this one after dumbbell/strength training as a finisher workout. It was fun and it definitely got my body moving! I appreciated the fact that I didn’t have to jump or do burpees to do cardio! My verdict: It was a fun way to do cardio, incorporating a lot of fundamental movements. Do not underestimate low impact workouts using body weight as they are still very effective! Thanks J and T as always!!!

Loved the format - easy to follow, no constant chatting throughout the workout. I did some steps a bit quicker just to add some intensity. Nice finisher too, really gets your heart rate going. More of these would be lovely, please
Tweaked my groin a couple of days ago and was looking for a nice little workout. This was EXCELLENT!. The low impact movements makes it very easy to modify intensity when you need to.
I just discovered your channel and love your low impact workouts which are perfect for someone older like me! The other great thing about your routines is that 10 second rest in between with a preview of what is to come. The pause makes me feel like I can complete the workout and the preview gives me a running start to the next exercise! Thank you!

I have been waiting for you to do a walking workout as the many, many, many on youtube just haven't done it for me. I'm 70 years old and workout regularly but sometimes I just want a sweaty and active walk. Thank you for doing this. And I wouldn't mind if you did a 30 minute walking workout!!
I know these are intended for warm ups but I've been using them as mini workouts. It's probably not going to make a difference in appearance but my determination is to stay active. So these short "warm ups" are just want I need to stay motivated. Thank you both for sharing them with us!
Hi Juice and Toya. I just want to thank you for what you are doing in the fitness community. I truly enjoy your workouts, and exercising along with you. I just completed two of your workouts - the 30 minute beginner dumbbell and the 10 minute step to the beat hiit workouts. What a blast! After the dumbbell workout, I felt like I needed a little more, so I did the 10 minute step. I rev-ed up the movements to a high low impact movement, and added in a little more movement here and there, but basically held to the original exercise movement. I LOVE WALKING WORKOUTS! This was quick, there were no repeats, I was able to easily modify it (diastasis recti), but it was still challenging (especially with ankle weights!). Thanks you two, you are making postpartum fitness easier with workouts like this!

I ended up amping up the heat because I had the energy and worked up a bigger sweat than ever. Low impact refers to the pressure on your joints (for example high impact can involve jumping) not how much you sweat...

What a hoot this was to do. I was pretty well dancing. Reminded me of my mom doing aerobics in the 80’s. Great way to get my steps in on a rainy day

I love it! You guys are so good. tHank you for the low impact since I'm a senior, partialy blind but I want to keep working out as I was doing for years. I LOVE WALKING WORKOUTS! This was quick, there were no repeats, I was able to easily modify it (diastasis recti), but it was still challenging (especially with ankle weights!). Thanks you two, you are making postpartum fitness easier with workouts like this!

Loved it!! It’s so nice to have accessible and lower hiit workouts to implement on those days you may not feel like moving at all. I ended up amping up the heat because I had the energy and worked up a bigger sweat than ever. Sometimes it feels good to do the minimum or just anything and today I was able to do more and that was awesome, also!
