Ok let me be honest... I'm into fitness since a long time now (though I'm nt getting results coz of my pcod...it sucks🥲) I hv been doing different exercises everyday I came across this channel two three days back n m in luv wid her... She's such a magician her workouts look simple bt believe me guys I daily end up being sweaty... These are easy bt at the same time way effective I hv done many hard exercises resulting in less sweat n less results... Bt mh gut feeling says that she'll give me results coz the workouts r hella amazing!!!
Would love this even more without the music. If you could make versions without music so I can play my own and still listen to your instruction that'd be amazing
