I loved it - challenging but still doable and I love that you don’t repeat moves. Sometimes mentally if I know I have three rounds I give up early. I love that you kept it moving and it went by really quickly
Same! I used to do high intensity workouts, but my knees were hurting far too often. I have hypermobility in my knees, so they hurt, especially so. I have decided to try doing low impact workouts, I'll see how this works!
For those wondering, at 5'2" and 115-120 lbs I burned 154 calories with a max HR of 187bpm and an average HR of 152bpm. I added no weights and because I was recovering from pushups yesterday anytime she did pushups I just held the high plank and focused on abs more!

I started my weight loss journey this week (315lb Female 5'5'' ) i didn't finish though. only got to 15 mins then did the cool down but i will definitively revisit as i get stronger.
That’s still great!! When I started getting into fitness I could only do about that much too. Honestly, it’s better to go slow. If you go too hard you’ll be sore and tired and you won’t want to keep going. You need to build up your endurance and fitness. We can do this!! :) good luck on your journey
i started mine on an elliptical, I could only do 2 minutes at a time for the first couple of weeks. Now I run 3-5 miles a day. It's been 2.5 years since then and I'm so glad I kept trying. Good luck girl, you got this!

Wow! Loved this. The work out was excellent, total body, and loved the cool down. Especially love the way you arranged this- no commenting, just music, the timer in the corner so I knew what to expect and the "coming' up features along with the little bells. It was really perfect! Thank you!
Don’t do the same exercise every day. Body adopt to any exercise routine very easily. And it’s easy to overload muscles and joints. Have at least two day with light activity as long walks. Mash up between weight lifting , cardio , sculpting . What you eat is more important. Think of exercise as muscle building and sculpting tool. Good luck !

This is my go-to video when I’m away from home. Long workouts on vacation are impossible. And with this low-impact 20-minute workout, I don’t have to worry about disturbing anyone. I can just use a towel as my mat and get an amazing workout in no matter what. More of these please! 🙏🏽

I LOVE LOVE that this low impact still kicked my butt. My back was hurting this morning, so I wanted to keep it lighter on the jumping. This is exactly what I needed to be gentle on my back, but still kick my butt! THANK YOU!!!
There is no excuse for not doing a workout like this each day. Even when traveling and in a hotel room...this workout nails it. Dripping sweat each and every time! Love to see more like these 20-minute (no repeat, no jumping, no equipment) sessions.

I'm currently doing The 12 Week Workout Challenge and I just finished week 7. I wanted to do a cardio/ab workout cause my arms are killing me from week 7 day 5. Instead of taking the rest day, I felt like I needed to burn off some energy. I still sweated like crazy on this one! Heather's workouts have been the highlight to my mornings during Covid. What a joy to find routines to do in an apartment. This cardio is ideal to also do with my daughters, due to the covid at school they do not do sports activities and the girls are very still throughout the day, they have gained weight. Please make more videos of cardio hitt full body for apartments ideal for not disturbing the neighbors with the jumps

I dunno if you'll ever see this, Heather...but this was the video I found after I had hit a *yet another* rough patch in my life and I wanted to be healthy again. I've used this either verbatim or as the foundation for an iteration of this workout almost everyday since it popped up in my suggestions last year, then follow it up with an arms, core or legs day from one of your hundreds of other videos. The way that you create and edit videos, along with your personality and your adeptness at choosing exercises, has made working out my drug, my happy place, and the strength that I needed to heal myself from the years of stress, poor choices and general crappiness of the life I had dug myself into. Nothing is very certain right now. It can feel overwhelming. And my natural inclination is to panic and withdraw from the world. But I want to thank you for helping me get myself prepared for the many different kinds of fights we'll all have to face in the weeks and months and years to come, both physically and mentally. I wish you the best of luck during these times and the best of health, though the latter I feel confident you will have. ... Buuuut I'll just knock on wood, anyway, lol. ❤

I first came across this video last November when I was looking for new workouts. Kinda hard to believe this is where it started for me and that it’s been a whole year now! It wasn’t much fun working out at home when everything got shut down because of COVID, but following your channel made the transition a lot more fulfilling. I'm loving these low-impact in a whole different way following surgery! Easily modified and I'm breaking a sweat. Plus, I'm moving my body every morning which is helping my healling!
Love your videos which are suitable for apt. dwellers, as well as the cardio workouts which are low-impact and have a shorter duration. 25-30 minutes is perfect!

This workout is amazing! I had a Achilles tendon injury almost 2 years ago and jumping and certain high impact things I can't do anymore. This workout gets my heart beating and I feel great after! I'll have to checkout your other videos! Thanks!
Love the mix.of no jumping videos. This not only gives me different moves to try but when I need just a little "easier" workout this gives me the idea of "yeah, see no jumping l, u got this" without sacrificing on a good workout.

I usually really dislike working out for about 10 minutes or longer, but this was actually kind of fun. I lost myself in it while doing it. I am going to try and do this everyday + interminttent fasting (16:8) and see how much it affects my weight.
Omg I LOVED THIS WORKOUT! It certainly got my heart rate up as today was also day 1 of week 5 and I needed a little cardio boost! Music 🎧 amazingly went well with workout too! Thank you for your content, it’s amazing and is helping not only with my physical health but my mental health too xxx
Great morning workout-thank you Heather! I like how adaptable the moves were if a person wanted to add a bit of jumping, but yet, intense enough to do it low impact.
I don't ever comment on videos but wanted to express my gratitude. I am four months postpartum and jumping with the current size of my milk producing breasts is just not possible without getting duct clogs. Your no jumping videos have been awesome in helping me to get regular exercise and to get back into shape. Update: i tried doing this routine again twice a week and I run 15km per week and walk 6km per day on average.
this isn't going to help you to lose weight, you need to do cardio to do that

This is a perfect mid intensity workout. For the days I'm not feeling up to jumping lunges/squats but still want a good workout.

Thanks for the video. I am 53 years old and still like working out but the jumping and super high speed workouts are counterproductive at this point. Keep it up. Also appreciate the lack of fluff and unnecessary chatter.

I dunno if you'll ever see this, Heather...but this was the video I found after I had hit a *yet another* rough patch in my life and I wanted to be healthy again. I've used this either verbatim or as the foundation for an iteration of this workout almost everyday since it popped up in my suggestions last year, then follow it up with an arms, core or legs day from one of your hundreds of other videos. The way that you create and edit videos, along with your personality and your adeptness at choosing exercises, has made working out my drug, my happy place, and the strength that I needed to heal myself from the years of stress, poor choices and general crappiness of the life I had dug myself into.
Nothing is very certain right now. It can feel overwhelming. And my natural inclination is to panic and withdraw from the world. But I want to thank you for helping me get myself prepared for the many different kinds of fights we'll all have to face in the weeks and months and years to come, both physically and mentally. I wish you the best of luck during these times and the best of health, though the latter I feel confident you will have. ... Buuuut I'll just knock on wood, anyway, lol.

I first came across this video last November when I was looking for new workouts. Kinda hard to believe this is where it started for me and that it’s been a whole year now! It wasn’t much fun working out at home when everything got shut down because of COVID, but following your channel made the transition a lot more fulfilling. It’s also helped me discover and develop new forms of strength I didn’t realize before. This past year has been the most fun I’ve ever had working out. Thank you so much, Heather!

This workout is amazing! I had a Achilles tendon injury almost 2 years ago and jumping and certain high impact things I can't do anymore. This workout gets my heart beating and I feel great after! I'll have to checkout your other videos! Thanks!

Love the mix.of no jumping videos. This not only gives me different moves to try but when I need just a little "easier" workout this gives me the idea of "yeah, see no jumping l, u got this" without sacrificing on a good workout.

I usually really dislike working out for about 10 minutes or longer, but this was actually kind of fun. I lost myself in it while doing it. I am going to try and do this everyday + interminttent fasting (16:8) and see how much it affects my weight.
Omg I LOVED THIS WORKOUT! It certainly got my heart rate up as today was also day 1 of week 5 and I needed a little cardio boost! Music 🎧 amazingly went well with workout too! Thank you for your content, it’s amazing and is helping not only with my physical health but my mental health too xxx

Great morning workout-thank you Heather! I like how adaptable the moves were if a person wanted to add a bit of jumping, but yet, intense enough to do it low impact.

I don't ever comment on videos but wanted to express my gratitude. I am four months postpartum and jumping with the current size of my milk producing breasts is just not possible without getting duct clogs. Your no jumping videos have been awesome in helping me to get regular exercise and to get back into shape. I love the format and that you don't have to constantly look at the screen to know when you are almost done with a set or when the next set will begin. Thanks you!
