@@kaylaheath1117 it’s okay don’t be ashamed of yourself. you did it and you be proud of it! it doesn’t matter how often you did it. keep focusing on the things you did and not the things you did not. many people (like me) keep your own expectations really high. but for what? sport is in first line for your health and not your beauty, that’s just a nice side effect. for me, for example, i hated myself for years not doing sport straight and felt like a failure. but it’s not. you don’t have to do it regularly in first place. as a beginner it’s really hard to come in. i’m doing sport 1 or 3 times for like 3 weeks in the last 2 years and just now getting in a routine since december 2021. i can recommend you the 21 day challenge from jordan yeoh! i ,failed‘ it so many times but always kept coming back. it doesn’t matter when you do it. it matter, that you do it! for you health and mind. even now i have times when feeling like shit because i don’t do sport. but why? for what? i am proud of you that you did this here, i don’t care how many times even one. do it like a hobby and don’t force yourself because you need to, do it because you want to and don’t be afraid of doing it not straight or perfect! when you have time and motivation, just do it. even if it’s not a complete workout, who cares? do it for yourself and not for others. be kind to yourself, talk to you like to a friend, be your own motivater and friend! 💌

I'm a notorious wimp when it comes to booty workouts but committed to this one 4 weeks ago and have done it 3-4 times a week, sometimes two times in one day. Four weeks ago I could barely get through it and today I can do the whole thing with much improved form. I actually enjoy it now. I should note that not only are my glutes and upper thighs noticeably more toned and strong, my knees and hips - injured on the right side - are more aligned and free of pain than they have been in 2 years. I didn't realize how important glute strength was to supporting my body. I am a dedicated Heather R workoutee. Love the structure of the videos, the perfect form, the timers, and Heather's warm and positive messaging.

I've been doing this workout since March 2022 and let me tell youuuuu, my hips and butt have grown an incredible amount. I can literally feel muscles in my hips (because of activation) that I couldn't feel before or even notice. My confidence has shot through the roof and I just feel so much stronger in my lower half region. I usually do it 3 times a week, throughout the months there were about 3 periods where I stopped for 2-3ish weeks. It was a bit easier for me so I do the workout twice and get a good 40 min workout. I am pouring sweat by the end of it, this workout changed my life! I also add in sit-ups at the end to build strength in my abs. Thank you so much for this video!
i’ve been doing it for 3days and this is my fourth day, for the first 2 days i could feel it in my glutes after the workout but not so much anymore is this normal? i’m worried i’m doing the workout when i can feel the burn but after i can’t, are my glutes still going to grow?
Im starting one of these, but i can only do part of the workout due to space constraints, so we'll see if its still effective :) Started: 7th Jan 2023 Measurment: 129cm (mostly fat) Day 1: I did what I could and it was a great burn! Day 2:Done :) Day 3: I did it but less intense to rest after previous 2 days Day 4: couldn't do any bridges due to back pain, But i did everything else Day5: did it :) Day 6: did it :) result check tomorrow! This workout has been instrumental in relieving my sciatica pain after months of lockdown. Increased mobility after 1 workout. Decreased pain after 1 week. Almost complete absence of pain after 2 weeks of starting the day with this workout. No longer feel that tightened chord down my leg. Thank you for this, Heather! Maybe create a titled workout for sciatica relief in the future?
I love this workout and all of Heather's videos! I randomly lost some weight recently and with that went my butt, so I've been trying to do this video 3-4 times a week and keep up with my protein and I can see progress with getting my booty back! I will definitely continue watching and doing your videos!

Best Booty workout ever! I’ve done this for the past 2 months since had to switch workouts to home and it’s by far the best! I even added a booty band the last few times for more intensity and loved it. You Rock Heather and so do all your workouts!
Yes definitely saw improvements in booty toning and sculpting. The booty band enhances each exercise deeper except for the leg drops after clamshell when I took it off. Heather rocks!

Dear Heather, this is definately one of the best sessions I have ever done. So effective, because you use motions from ballet and dance. Also, you are so "clean". The room is white your voice is relaxing and no jumping. So soothing. Lovely!!! I only wish there was more rest time during the workout, like 20 seconds each...

I work out super hard in the gym and I rarely ever feel the burn in my glutes even on days I work out 3 hours, this is the most burn i ever felt in only 20 mins !!!! Avid runner here, I found this video great after experiencing a hip flexor problem - I neglected to keep my body balanced which caused the injury. I was recommended to do some glute workouts to counter act my hip flexor, I did this workout a few times the last week and my hip flexor pain went away.
I’ve been doing HR workouts for a year and I always really liked how she is the only workouts that don’t talk through the whole thing.. (this o E must have been one of her older vids) however I really enjoyed this one as she guided me through each movement and what to put my focus on. Man, you are the best Heather.. ❤️❤️❤️
Day 1:This workout was so freaking HARD! My legs were shaking and my booty was burning! The stretching at the end and between some of the exercises definitely help with soreness. Day 2: I didn’t feel sore at all starting the exercise. I still took a lot of breaks but not as much as yesterday. Day 3: I took more breaks than day 2 but definitely not day 1. The workout still burns a lot but that makes me hopeful for good results! Day 4: I forgot to do it- Day 5: *Background info.: I’ve been trying to do small waist workouts and glute workouts on and off for summer, but I didn’t wanna commit to a workout that wasn’t going to give me results. Before I started this workout I was attempting to do daisy keech’s bubble butt workout since I’ve seen it EVERYWHERE and the results looked amazing. However, the workouts were surprisingly too easy for me and I didn’t like that her workouts felt mainly side booty based because I wanted to target all my glute muscles. I stopped doing it and started getfitbyivana’s booty workout and did it for about 6 days but wasn’t feeling it in my side booty like daisys so I was planning on doing both their videos everyday. Then I found heathers video which was the combination of booty workout I wanted. This workout is so difficult as well and my whole booty is on FIRE but I love it! Also I’m not doing any dieting, but I do drink a lot of water because it’s my favorite beverage,. I also will be making sure to keep updating this!💕*

Best Booty workout ever! I’ve done this for the past 2 months since had to switch workouts to home and it’s by far the best! I even added a booty band the last few times for more intensity and loved it. You Rock Heather and so do all your workouts!

Yes definitely saw improvements in booty toning and sculpting. The booty band enhances each exercise deeper except for the leg drops after clamshell when I took it off. Heather rocks!

If you’re getting cramps during your workout try drinking more water and eating more protein

Dear Heather, this is definately one of the best sessions I have ever done. So effective, because you use motions from ballet and dance.

I work out super hard in the gym and I rarely ever feel the burn in my glutes even on days I work out 3 hours, this is the most burn i ever felt in only 20 mins !!!! Avid runner here, I found this video great after experiencing a hip flexor problem - I neglected to keep my body balanced which caused the injury. I was recommended to do some glute workouts to counter act my hip flexor, I did this workout a few times the last week and my hip flexor pain went away.

I’ve been doing HR workouts for a year and I always really liked how she is the only workouts that don’t talk through the whole thing.. (this o E must have been one of her older vids) however I really enjoyed this one as she guided me through each movement and what to put my focus on. Man, you are the best Heather.. ❤️❤️❤️

The burn is real in every part of my glutes and it feels so good 🥰✨
Day 1:This workout was so freaking HARD! My legs were shaking and my booty was burning! The stretching at the end and between some of the exercises definitely help with soreness.
Day 2: I didn’t feel sore at all starting the exercise. I still took a lot of breaks but not as much as yesterday.
Day 3: I took more breaks than day 2 but definitely not day 1. The workout still burns a lot but that makes me hopeful for good results!

*Background info.: I’ve been trying to do small waist workouts and glute workouts on and off for summer, but I didn’t wanna commit to a workout that wasn’t going to give me results. Before I started this workout I was attempting to do daisy keech’s bubble butt workout since I’ve seen it EVERYWHERE and the results looked amazing. However, the workouts were surprisingly too easy for me and I didn’t like that her workouts felt mainly side booty based because I wanted to target all my glute muscles. I stopped doing it and started getfitbyivana’s booty workout and did it for about 6 days but wasn’t feeling it in my side booty like daisys so I was planning on doing both their videos everyday. Then I found heathers video which was the combination of booty workout I wanted. This workout is so difficult as well and my whole booty is on FIRE but I love it! Also I’m not doing any dieting, but I do drink a lot of water because it’s my favorite beverage,. I also will be making sure to keep updating this!💕*
