      @@levlinx1013 I have a routine, where I do arms on Monday, Legs/butt Tuesdays, Chest Thursday, Back Friday, Saturday/Sunday is just cardio and abs. Its important you make your own routine, set goals, and have a balanced diet. :)

    This is literally the best workout. I’ve done some many workout and rarely feel the burn in my glutes. I feel like you feel the burn more when you do floor exercises instead of squats. Thank you x

    Just found this video imma try to do it for 2 weeks so first of all, *Before: 32 inches*
    Day 1: ✅ it’s alright I guess it’s kinda hard but im not feeling sore at all so idk if it means im not doing it right.
    Day 2: ✅ I’m not sore from yesterday but I’m feeling like I will tomorrow 😭I’m getting a hang of the correct form though
    Day 3: ✅ I almost didn’t want to do it today because of how cold it was but I did it anyways today went pretty smooth
    *like to remind me!!*

    it’s the beginning of the year & im definitely trying to see a change in my body. i don’t ever workout but i just did this butt workout & i feel good. now i just have to keep up with doing it!

      @@peachan3690 no🥺😭😂 i did it just that one time and haven’t done it since. im so ashamed of myself lol. i just can’t seem to get myself to do it. im already forcing myself to eat 3 meals a day since im so bad at that (new year goal was to gain weight) and working out on top of that, adds more stress. i have to do one thing at a time 🤦🏾‍♀️

      @@kaylaheath1117 it’s okay don’t be ashamed of yourself. you did it and you be proud of it! it doesn’t matter how often you did it. keep focusing on the things you did and not the things you did not. many people (like me) keep your own expectations really high. but for what? sport is in first line for your health and not your beauty, that’s just a nice side effect. for me, for example, i hated myself for years not doing sport straight and felt like a failure. but it’s not. you don’t have to do it regularly in first place. as a beginner it’s really hard to come in. i’m doing sport 1 or 3 times for like 3 weeks in the last 2 years and just now getting in a routine since december 2021. i can recommend you the 21 day challenge from jordan yeoh! i ,failed‘ it so many times but always kept coming back. it doesn’t matter when you do it. it matter, that you do it! for you health and mind. even now i have times when feeling like shit because i don’t do sport. but why? for what? i am proud of you that you did this here, i don’t care how many times even one. do it like a hobby and don’t force yourself because you need to, do it because you want to and don’t be afraid of doing it not straight or perfect! when you have time and motivation, just do it. even if it’s not a complete workout, who cares? do it for yourself and not for others. be kind to yourself, talk to you like to a friend, be your own motivater and friend! 💌

    I'm a notorious wimp when it comes to booty workouts but committed to this one 4 weeks ago and have done it 3-4 times a week, sometimes two times in one day. Four weeks ago I could barely get through it and today I can do the whole thing with much improved form. I actually enjoy it now. I should note that not only are my glutes and upper thighs noticeably more toned and strong, my knees and hips - injured on the right side - are more aligned and free of pain than they have been in 2 years. I didn't realize how important glute strength was to supporting my body. I am a dedicated Heather R workoutee. Love the structure of the videos, the perfect form, the timers, and Heather's warm and positive messaging.

      I absolutely agree. Heather has been a revelation to me. I've certainly done plenty RUclips workouts and there are trainers whom I really love, but to me personally, Heather is just the best.

    This was the most painful butt workout I’ve done and it was so much fun and I love how you included stretches because I wasn’t sore what sooo ever the next day and usually I can’t walk for about a week even with easy workouts.THANK YOU

    Im starting one of these, but i can only do part of the workout due to space constraints, so we'll see if its still effective :)
    Started: 7th Jan 2023 Measurment: 129cm (mostly fat)
    Day 1: I did what I could and it was a great burn!
    Day 2:Done :)
    Day 3: I did it but less intense to rest after previous 2 days
    Day 4: couldn't do any bridges due to back pain, But i did everything else
    Day5: did it :)
    Day 6: did it :) result check tomorrow!
    Like to remind me :)

    I've been doing this workout since March 2022 and let me tell youuuuu, my hips and butt have grown an incredible amount. I can literally feel muscles in my hips (because of activation) that I couldn't feel before or even notice. My confidence has shot through the roof and I just feel so much stronger in my lower half region. I usually do it 3 times a week, throughout the months there were about 3 periods where I stopped for 2-3ish weeks. It was a bit easier for me so I do the workout twice and get a good 40 min workout. I am pouring sweat by the end of it, this workout changed my life! I also add in sit-ups at the end to build strength in my abs. Thank you so much for this video!

      i’ve been doing it for 3days and this is my fourth day, for the first 2 days i could feel it in my glutes after the workout but not so much anymore is this normal? i’m worried i’m doing the workout when i can feel the burn but after i can’t, are my glutes still going to grow?

    Day 1: ✅ I DEFINITELY felt a burn, I felt so sore after TwT let’s hope we can keep going! >:DD
    Day 2: ✅ I AM DETERMINED. I felt a bit sore after yesterday but the burn felt very good this time! :>>
    Day 3:✅ help I forgot to edit this on day three 😭😭😭 but yes I did do it, got a good sweat and glutes were numb asf 💀
    Day 4:✅ I DID IT HEHEHEHE, the burn is feeling great honestly, getting more used to it 🔥
    Day 5:✅ done! I can slightly see a difference, I’m gonna try to do this for atleast a month :>>
    Day 6:✅ done and done!
    Day 7:✅ Wow I can’t believe it’s already been a week! Again, my goal is to do this for a whole month! :}
    Day 8:✅ I almost skipped cuz I wasn’t feeling that well but I still did it TwT I might skip tomorrows though because I finished working on an essay and I have an art commission to do but I think I’ll still do it haha
    Day 9:✅ ok, so I should have added this before starting this workout but I’m also doing an ab workout and a quick 10 minute cardio routine! So if any of y’all are interested in what the videos are feel free to ask! :]
    Day 10:✅ AHH I FORGOT TO EDIT THIS but yes I completed the workout! :3 can’t believe I’ve been doing this for 10 days straight
    Day 11:✅ done and done!
    Day 12: ✅ YAYAYAYAYAYA on day 12!! Super proud of myself >:3
    Day 13:✅ almost at the 2 week streak!!! :>

    This workout has been instrumental in relieving my sciatica pain after months of lockdown. Increased mobility after 1 workout. Decreased pain after 1 week. Almost complete absence of pain after 2 weeks of starting the day with this workout. No longer feel that tightened chord down my leg. Thank you for this, Heather! Maybe create a titled workout for sciatica relief in the future?

    I love this workout and all of Heather's videos! I randomly lost some weight recently and with that went my butt, so I've been trying to do this video 3-4 times a week and keep up with my protein and I can see progress with getting my booty back!     I love this workout, I come back to it frequently, is one of my favorites. It´s very targeted and not exhausting, so I use also as an ad-on after some hiit exercise. And I love when you talk, explain the proper technique, I would welcome to see it in more sessions! Thank you Heather!💚

    I work out super hard in the gym and I rarely ever feel the burn in my glutes even on days I work out 3 hours, this is the most burn i ever felt in only 20 mins !!!! I’m in love I will use this as a glute activation every time now thankyou smm my glutes are on fire in a way I didn’t think possible!!!🔥 🔥

    I’ve been doing HR workouts for a year and I always really liked how she is the only workouts that don’t talk through the whole thing.. (this o E must have been one of her older vids) however I really enjoyed this one as she guided me through each movement and what to put my focus on. Man, you are the best Heather.. ❤️❤️❤️

      Yes definitely saw improvements in booty toning and sculpting. The booty band enhances each exercise deeper except for the leg drops after clamshell when I took it off. Heather rocks!

    Avid runner here, I found this video great after experiencing a hip flexor problem - I neglected to keep my body balanced which caused the injury. I was recommended to do some glute workouts to counter act my hip flexor, I did this workout a few times the last week and my hip flexor pain went away.

    Day 1:This workout was so freaking HARD! My legs were shaking and my booty was burning! The stretching at the end and between some of the exercises definitely help with soreness.
    Day 2: I didn’t feel sore at all starting the exercise. I still took a lot of breaks but not as much as yesterday.
    Day 3: I took more breaks than day 2 but definitely not day 1. The workout still burns a lot but that makes me hopeful for good results!
    Day 4: I forgot to do it-
    Day 5:
    *Background info.: I’ve been trying to do small waist workouts and glute workouts on and off for summer, but I didn’t wanna commit to a workout that wasn’t going to give me results. Before I started this workout I was attempting to do daisy keech’s bubble butt workout since I’ve seen it EVERYWHERE and the results looked amazing. However, the workouts were surprisingly too easy for me and I didn’t like that her workouts felt mainly side booty based because I wanted to target all my glute muscles. I stopped doing it and started getfitbyivana’s booty workout and did it for about 6 days but wasn’t feeling it in my side booty like daisys so I was planning on doing both their videos everyday. Then I found heathers video which was the combination of booty workout I wanted. This workout is so difficult as well and my whole booty is on FIRE but I love it! Also I’m not doing any dieting, but I do drink a lot of water because it’s my favorite beverage,. I also will be making sure to keep updating this!💕*

    Dear Heather, this is definately one of the best sessions I have ever done. So effective, because you use motions from ballet and dance.
    Also, you are so "clean". The room is white your voice is relaxing and no jumping. So soothing. Lovely!!!
    I only wish there was more rest time during the workout, like 20 seconds each...

    This is one of my favorite workouts to do and I do it so often because I feel it exactly where i want to feel it (my butt and hipps) and not in my arms/ upper legs. Also you're very motivating in this video thanks!

      If you’re getting cramps during your workout try drinking more water and eating more protein

    I felt like my muscles were engaged at all times with this video. Burned!!!!

    Day 3: Just finished day 3, glutes are on fire, litterally🔥still couldn’t finish the workout without some pauses here and there but We’ll get there, hopefully. No physical changes yet.

    Finally, somebody who knows what she is talking about. Nice isolated workout. You create such a fantastic environment. Great pace control, with enough time to transition between exercises and target the desired muscles. I love the fact that you include stretch exercises during and after the routine.

    this is the best flute workout i’ve ever done. quick, not EXTREMELY difficult, but still a challenge, and i love the stretches in between. although i would suggest putting one or two water breaks somewhere within the workout. definitely subscribing rn though
