I really like how there’s no talking during the exercises. It was very zen. For someone like me who often has to manage tension during exercise, that peace and quiet meant a lot!

Absolutley fantastic quick and dirty 10 min ab workout. Love to pair these up at the end of another workout, makes the sweat sesh feel completely rounded out. 1) I love the unique movements that really target different abdominal muscles 2) no repeats!

I am not ashamed to admit that I rested during the holding exercises. My abs seriously needed a break. This was a power abs workout for sure. Loved it! Thank you for another great, short workout Heather.
