This video was perfect. A lot of them don't have enough variety so you end up burning out way too early. But hitting the obliques throughout make this possible for me. Thank you!

I've thought I know all exercises, because abs are my favorite part to work on, but the reverse crunch with one leg crossed was new to me.
I really enjoyed this workout. Some days my body is not in the mood for a 15-20min ab workout. This was perfect. I would love videos like this 😊
