I have a neck injury and this is the only area I can't exercise because all the abs workouts online are lying down which exacerbates my neck issue. I would be ever so grateful ❤️🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾❤️
I unintentionally abandoned another fitness instructor who I really liked because Heather’s workouts are excellent and comprehensive. It’s amazing to literally work every muscle group in one workout. ❤️

I mix their workouts to have balanced workout plan. But if I can vote, I always prefer Heather because she is simply best and I love the diversity of her workouts!
@@kenya7052 caroline is more of strength training and her HIIT are so hard. heathers workouts are tough but doable. With CG I really have to modify and pause more than I normally would. But I was looking for more strength so started Epic 3. Ill be back to Heather after Im done for sure!
