    I discovered Heather during this quarantine (raise your hand who discovered her too during these days). And OMG. LOVED EVERYTHING. The preview of the next move makes everything easier. Love that she doesn't talk during the whole workout, keeps you focused. Love the sound of the timer.
    If this is your first time doing this workout, get ready for a good sweat! 💪🏻
    This one is definitely my favorite HIIT workout, 30 minutes of intense activity. 250 calories burned 🔥

      Same here! I love that she doesn't talk as well and the demos during the 15 sec rest is perfect. I feel like I am in the zone the WHOLE time. That's hard to achieve with at home workouts in my opinion.

    ONE OF THE BEST CARDIO HIIT I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! I have combined it with the 10 minutes abs or legs&butts, that does the perfect training for the day ☺ Thank you Heather for keeping me in shape during the lockdown!

    Omg! I did it with full intensity and almost died lol
    For those who wondering how much calories it burn. My Apple Watch showed me that I burned 237 calories. I am Asian, my height is 173, and weight is 58kg. Good luck to everyone! Definitely gonna do this workout again 👍👍

    Killer!! My fitbit said I burned 503 calories. That's more than I burn on a half hour light jog. God bless you sis!

      My Polar A370 had me at 327 calories burned. I guess you really gave it 100%++++.

      My watch recorded 405 calories but did some modifications & the last of burpees, nahhh...lol

      I must add that during the shadow boxing part of the video, I was doing either high knees or jump n jacks, and I think these keep the heart rate up higher than shadow boxing.

      You have to do it 3 days a week or your muscles will be damaged.

      Don't do it everyday. This workout is bad for your body as it breaks down your bones. Don't exercise for a week after doing this

    This was killer. I took a 20 minute in between and looked at fitness models for motivation lol. Then i went back and finished this workout. Im sweating bullets, which is good I love this workout.

    OMG. I'm in decent shape and I workout 4-5 times a week and this kicked my ass. I had to take breaks lol i'll definitely be adding this to my routine.

    I just started doing some of your workouts and trust they are awesome. I have lost about 7 pounds off of two videos! The 10 minute standing abs and the fat hiit burning cardio.     The reason I love your workouts is that there is no time wasted. You move right into each exercise and I can see what is coming up so that I have time to think about how to modify if I need to. I've always gravitated to a 50/10 format but like having the 15 minute breaks in your workouts. Keep them coming!

    Loved it, loved it, loved it! Definitely got my sweat on and appreciated one or two of the exercises in between the burpees or even the power jacks like the shadow boxing that gave you a bit of breather.     This was intense straight through.😅😅 I had to break twice to get my HR to go down. That 15 seconds went fast. I really liked the 3 circuit, 2 sets, 5 moves format. This kept my mind engaged. Thanks Heather!!

    Heather I felt rubbish this morning for the first in such a long time and wasn't feeling like doing anything at all. SO IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT THOSE ARE THE TIMES WE NEED IT THE MOST!!!! Thank you for helping me feel so damn good now and set me up for a much better day!!!! Too much appreciation for you and these incredible workouts!!! I actually reloaded the video once I'd finished and let over 30 minutes of ads play through while I did other things haha! Does a longer length of ad actually pay you any better do you know?     For all of those wondering, I burned ( 185cm, 85kg F ) 480kcal in 33 min. Stopped few times for 5-10 extra seconds between some exercises. And in the next 3 minutes after the workout was done, my fitbit showed 530kcal burned, meaning I am still burning calories xD

    Thursday cardio ✅ HR 167 Calories 207 BPM 172. Going back and forth with this one and At Home cardio. That one is awesome too. Same routine which I love the 3 circuits with 5 moves each done twice. I love 💕 it. Tomorrow is total body strength. I do upper body first and I kill it with her leg day strength for LEAN legs. That’s crazy killer. Thanks Heather fan since March 18th 2020.

    This workout looks easy so i thought i would do it on active rest days, but boy was i in for a rude shock.5 mins into the workout and my soul was about to exit my body. God bless you Heather for such effective workout, the moves were easy yet the sweat and burn were intense

    Thanks! Just discovered you. I like that you don't talk lol. So I can play my own music and work my ass off! I go to 24 Hour Fitness almost daily taking cycling clasess, elliptical and treadmill machines. Medicine caused me to gain wait and this fits my hectic work schedule.

    I will be doing this workout and Chloe Tings Two Week Ab challenge for two weeks
    Day 1: ✅ Stopped about two times because I was dehydrated but managed to finish it. I’m tired and my breathing is heavy.
    Day 2: ✅ I honestly felt more tired than yesterday, definitely a good workout! I didn’t stop this time and kept going until the very end. 🔥 😁

    Had a great workout with this one. I added some weights in some exercises and modified some other to give me a full body strength workout with some hitt cardio. Thank you for all you do to put these together for all of us. Even the ones from 5 years ago are great!!

    Just completed the whole set.. OMg, my thigh muscles feels so sore! Tiring and sweating a lot!! But No pain no gain, think this will burn quite a lot of calories !!:)

    This is the perfect circuit workout! It's just enough challenging to make me really work for it, but not so challenging that it puts me off from wanting to do it. Thank you so much for this :)

    1st time to this channel. I wanted a straight cardio workout this morning, and this one delivered! 👍 30 minutes of pure cardio, and I am sweaty and I feel great! Now, on to the rest of my busy day. 😁
