I must add that during the shadow boxing part of the video, I was doing either high knees or jump n jacks, and I think these keep the heart rate up higher than shadow boxing.

The reason I love your workouts is that there is no time wasted. You move right into each exercise and I can see what is coming up so that I have time to think about how to modify if I need to. I've always gravitated to a 50/10 format but like having the 15 minute breaks in your workouts. Keep them coming!

For all of those wondering, I burned ( 185cm, 85kg F ) 480kcal in 33 min. Stopped few times for 5-10 extra seconds between some exercises. And in the next 3 minutes after the workout was done, my fitbit showed 530kcal burned, meaning I am still burning calories xD
Thursday cardio ✅ HR 167 Calories 207 BPM 172. Going back and forth with this one and At Home cardio. That one is awesome too. Same routine which I love the 3 circuits with 5 moves each done twice. I love 💕 it. Tomorrow is total body strength. I do upper body first and I kill it with her leg day strength for LEAN legs. That’s crazy killer. Thanks Heather fan since March 18th 2020.

My Polar A370 had me at 327 calories burned. I guess you really gave it 100%++++.

Just completed the whole set.. OMg, my thigh muscles feels so sore! Tiring and sweating a lot!! But No pain no gain, think this will burn quite a lot of calories !!:)
This is the perfect circuit workout! It's just enough challenging to make me really work for it, but not so challenging that it puts me off from wanting to do it. Thank you so much for this :)
