I am currently fighting to get my health, body, and confidence back after my 3rd child and a year long battle with some wicked depression. I am finally feeling like I am coming out of the dark, and getting back into working out has been a small step in that direction. My body isn’t what it was 18 months ago, and I literally feel like I am starting over. But between your and MadFit and TheBodyCoach’s workouts, I am feeling ready to rise. Keep up the great work!
LOVED the 15 second breaks and the no repeat cycles, kept me engaged and focused instead of slacking on form because I knew I'd be doing the exercise for a while. Phenomenal lineup, Maddie!
Reminder : don't compare yourself with others, each of us have our own time on our own phase. We will achieve great things too, but first we have to accept that we're unique in our own way and most importantly we should stop comparing ourselves because it just slows down our process and stops us from really fulfilling our own true potential. @@mrcbordador Not sure if this helps, but some words of "advice" :) When I used to swim, I noticed that my weight went up by 3 kg. I had a competition and absolutely smashed my best time which hadn't improved for almost a year at that point. I plateaued but kept going, and I didn't realize it, but I was improving during that plateau. Weight doesn't mean as much as how you feel! (listen to Maddie) If you gain lean muscle, your weight will go up. It is really, really tough to ignore the numbers on the scale, but try your best. BEST OF LUCK
In the process of a major physical recovery. Random YT search lead me to this channel and have been doing 30min routines for a few weeks now. From not being to sit straight to being able to do nearly all exercises by this point. A much better effect than a previously paid trainer! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
absolutely enjoyed this workout! it's perfect for coming back to working out after a looooong break: not super intense so i didn't feel like dying and could do all the exercises to the end, has 15 sec break periods after each exercise, very simple and easy to follow, gentle on your knees (i have some minor knee issues but didn't feel any tension there during the workout, however still eased up on the squats a bit and did them with a 45 degree angle instead of sitting all the way down). thank you maddie♥ love your channel so much♥

i really love how this is low impact yet it made me sweat so much with an increased heart rate!! it is very manageable and enjoyable as some are a little too crazy and makes me not wanna do hiit. thank you Maddie!! This is something i really needed.

Wow, it’s been a long time since I last did a Full Body Workout but … this one was amazing!!! This workout was perfect for me, I loved that it had no jumping and no repeats so it was a good mash up of so many different exercises. I can’t wait to do this one again, I feel incredible. so good! At first thought "this might not be enough for today" and then by the end I felt like it was more than enough! Perfect for a low-impact day where I don't feel like going crazy. The one-arm push ups leg lifts were a fun new challenge for me too.
I'm having one of those weeks where I struggle to see myself as something beautiful and strong, I didn't work out for two days but today I decided to do it and choose this routine since is a little more slow than what I usually do. I didn't give my 100%, I probably was 50% into it but I manage to finish it all, and it made proud that I did it all, maybe not the way I normally would but the fact that I got up and worked out is a win for me. For anyone going through the same thing, remember to be gentle with yourself and even if you're not 100% motivated, those little things you do count as much as they do when you give it all. 💕✨

Because of a remodel, move and many other life issues taking up ALL my time I haven't worked out for 5 months. This was a perfect get back to it workout. Not too rough, easy to stick with and no repeats. I feel better than I have in months. I'll be coming back to this one on low energy days for sure!

Day 4 : This is my second attempt on doing a full 30 minute workout and I am quite impressed with myself I ended up getting through 28 minutes. My first attempt I was only able to make it half way. I was sweating like a dog after this, I can already sense a great improvement on my stamina. I stretched before as well as someone has suggested and I think it really helped me. Thank you for these videos they make me feel included and like I truly am capable
I have tried a lot of your 30 minute full body workout and this is the most comprehensive one. I love that it is not repetitive and equally involves upper-middle-lower body exercise. If only moves for the back strength/stretch could be added, that'd be perfect!

This was amazing! The perfect level of challenge without making me want to give up.. the moves are doable with my not-so-great balance and coordination but are definitely still giving me that burn!
This workout is great. I love the no repeat. I did it for the first time this morning and I was a sweaty mess but I could feel every muscle working. Definitely doing this 3 to 4x a week with my other workouts. Down 30lbs in 63 days 🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿 all thanks to youtube workouts and eating healthy
What I love with you Maddie is that I don't hurt myself, I do exercises that I did not know, I exceed myself from day to day, I never do the easier exercice versions again when the exercise is a bit difficult, and the best in it all is that I see results! Thank you so much 🏋♀

Guys don't underestimate the phrase "low impact" at the beginning of the video. Although each exercise is not that tough, after working through 30 minutes, you can def see how tiring it is, especially my arm muscles. However, it's still bearable. I had to give this channel one subscribe because how helpful the video is. Thank you so much. I can work out every day with this video.

Hey Maddie this was great. It was a good workout without being over the top. A couple of things i had to modify (moves where you’re on 1 hand and opposite foot only) but still a good challenge. My favorite thing is that the moves are not the same old same old. You keep it interesting which is critical for sticking to it. I am switching from Chloe Ting due to painful wrists and boring workouts. Im enjoying yours a lot. Thank you very much.
I did an exam today which required me to sit down for 6 hours straight so this was amazinggg!!! You are saving my body and also my mind during exam season, I'm feeling so good and less stressed :)
THIS IS THE PERFERCT WORKOUT while I during my period, I did it on the 4th day ( I didn't exercise on the previous days) so it was the ideal workout for me because it wasn't that hard to me and I feeling so good rn THANK YOU MADDIE!

I am going on a challenge to tone my body and for five days i am working on different parts of my body and every workout that I've searched up i found them on this channel. I really hope this works and if i remember i will update in two months. For those who are interested in what is the challenge: Monday - lower body Tuesday - upper body Wednesday - cardio Thursday - glute Friday - full body Saturday and Sunday are rest days + Healthy eating

THIS IS THE PERFERCT WORKOUT while I during my period, I did it on the 4th day ( I didn't exercise on the previous days) so it was the ideal workout for me because it wasn't that hard to me and I feeling so good rn THANK YOU MADDIE!

Great workout, somehow classical but at the same time totally new moves - especially the 2 in 1 combinations (e.g. lunge and arm filp) are awesome! Also, the music is really motivating end energyzing! Thank you, Maddie!

I am going on a challenge to tone my body and for five days i am working on different parts of my body and every workout that I've searched up i found them on this channel. I really hope this works and if i remember i will update in two months.
For those who are interested in what is the challenge:
Monday - lower body
Tuesday - upper body
Wednesday - cardio
Thursday - glute
Friday - full body
Saturday and Sunday are rest days
+ Healthy eating

That was awesome. You do sweat. The only thing that was harder for me was the push-ups going all the way to the floor. I did it as close as possible, I'm 70 yrs old. Thank you very much.
