No joke your vids have changed my life I cannot thank u enough 🤍 I struggled with an ED for years and struggled to gain the weight back, I was incredibly weak and my health was in decline. I could never get myself to go to the gym bc I felt so weak and embarrassed, but then found your channel and realized working out from home was actually enjoyable. I’ve been working out to your vids for the past three months almost daily and developed healthier eating habits. I’m finally achieving my fitness goals and my confidence has never been better thank u Maddie !!!

Thank you for always explaining proper form! I am double jointed (I noticed you are too!) and have very strong quads and shoulders, so a lot of times I let them do all the work, but because you are careful to explain correct form and what muscles should be feeling tension I have noticed a huge difference! You are awesome.
I had to stop twice for a two minute breather. Thank you for saying slow is ok. I am very slow but want to get the form right every move. Finally on to using 10 pound weights! Your workouts keep me motivated. I am actually able to reasonably get thru them, meaning I don't want to give up! Thank you!
I love how there is not much explosive movements in this exercise (except for burpees, ofc). It’s perfect for someone like me who just recovered from flu yesterday.
Another perfect addition to the December challenge. I’m doing it combined with the last half of the dancer sculpt program. Thank you Maddie for all you do 💚

This is my favorite workout! It targets all muscle groups. I have been doing this since early February, along with other workouts that you feature. I especially love the 10 minute abs routine. I do that daily!!!
I’ve just discovered your channel, love it. I really enjoyed the strength workout, it went so quick. I normally CrossFit so my lightest weights were 12.5kg which was a bit challenging! I loved that it was a calm workout, no heavy music, not shouted at all the time.
Definitely doing it today!!! I know it is resting day but I will do this routine and the super stretch routine that I have scheduled for today with your December program!!! 😍💪🏻
This was great! I felt like some of the other days of the Dec challenge weren’t really challenging enough, but this was perfect! Good balance between up and lower body, great pacing, and got my heart rate up. I did third round. More like this!
Absolutely loved it. It's the realism of it all... Mixing up words, feeling the burn as we do. Only suggestion is i struggle to get started and looking for a warm up n then workout isn't working for me. If you could please do more videos with a warm up and cool down. People who don't want it can just skip past it. Hope to see a few with everything warm up + work out + cool down. Super thanks

i love using these workouts to get back into going to the gym every day, to make sure i’m moving my body. it’s really uplifting and helpful, and doesn’t make me feel bad about myself and meeting my body where i’m at.

Back at it trying to get body re-toned after back and neck problems. I really like your routines as you go at a pace and with exercises I can easily modify as needed until I get my strength back, thank you!
Loved this workout. In the first half I was only taking 15 sec breaks because I was enjoying the exercise but in the second half I realised I probably shouldnt have done that. I will definitely feel this tomorrow. This is a very fun workout for people trying to get back into working out after a long break, very little substitution required

It’s been a long time since I’ve done a 30 minute weights routine and I loved this - none of the exercises are too long (except maybe the burpees lol) and you explain things so well - I feel fantastic after doing this!
