As someone that don't have the opportunity to go on gym i am really grateful for that workout, i have one dumbbell at home so everytime i do some of your upper body workouts i struggle with most of the exercises so i pose and unpose the video to do both sides , so THANK GOD for this. And while I love your workouts targeted to certain areas, these full body movements are soooo good for me as a dancer and are just as vital for my training.
