100% agree!!! I've had a spinal fracture and bulging disc issues and she has a pace I can follow and get workouts are shorter, but man are they effective! Very good instructions, too. So happy i found Maddy.
Some important gains: 1. I've been trying to do the plank kick throughs for ages, today I finally did it! 2. Sit up/stand ups were always a no go, but today I did it hands free (but crossed my legs to get up). 3. Finally making progress on push ups (I managed three).

I have just finished the full workout now but I had to change the one we need to stand up without touching the floor with something easy as it was extremely difficult for me haha

Just when I open up my laptop to find a 30 min full body you've posted a new one! Amazing workout! Thank you :) I was wondering if you could offer another alternative to the crunch to stand. No matter how strong my core get I struggle with that one and end up doing a full crunch roll up.

Wow! This one was a bit challenging for me!! That sit up stand up proved to be difficult so I've gotta practice a lot. Thanks for challenging us to be a better version of ourselves.
I have trouble with those too 😅 I can't do an Asian squat (when you're sitting super low in a squat, but your heels are flat). Half the population seems to be able to do it, and the other half can't, lol. My sister and I have had long conversations trying to figure out why she can do it and I can't, even though neither of us had previously known about it or ever practiced it. It's a mystery, haha.
Do you think you could do one that doesnt have too much pressure on the knees? I have horible knee pain it can be hard to do squats and lunges.

I have a 5 lb puppy at home. When I workout with her in the room I’m afraid to jump. I don’t want to step on her. This is great for puppy owners 🤗

I had to modify the plank kick throughs (did some fire hydrent things...) and had to do the superman push ups on my knees... but I did it! This will be a fun one to return to later on and see if I can make it through without modifying.
Thank you so much for another great workout, I enjoyed some new moves, as always:). May I just have a suggestion? In case you add a warm-up and a cool down in these 30 min exercises, could you please make these workouts longer, so the actual exercise portion is 30 min and not 20? I feel cheated otherwise and feel like I have not worked out properly and must add a 10 min quick burnout :D. Many thanks, I appreciate it if you give it a thought :)

I gained 40lbs and lost muscle tone throughout Covid, so you are a welcome breath of fresh air. I actually look forward to these workouts and love that you make all different kinds, that are actually weirdly enjoyable.

This one felt like a reset button. It was simple, easy, and refreshing 🙂 I have a knee injury that's finally just about healed up, and this was a good segue to testing my knee out again without pushing it too hard. It felt good. Today, I'm simply proud of how far I've come. When I first started out with Madfit a few years ago, I considered her channel to be the "advanced fitness" channel. I had trouble keeping up with her workouts and sometimes even felt nervous doing them because I knew they were going to be such a challenge for me. But now, even though they still challenge me, it's so much easier for me to keep pace with the workouts and I never (okay - _rarely_ 🙃) get nervous anymore. I'm very happy my sister introduced me to this channel and I'm happy I stuck with it. It's become one of my happy places. I'm grateful for all of it - the journey, the channel, *cough* my sexy arms. I can't wait for more 😁

3 Days until Christmas!!!
My sister and I were just discussing "Asian squats" yesterday 😂 You know? That little thing Maddie did during the sit up stand up, where she kept her feet flat on the floor in a low squat-like position then stood up from there? My sister can do it; I most decidedly cannot. We were trying to figure out what the reason was, and our best determination was that her shin muscles are seemingly stronger than mine due to all of the plyometrics and running she's done, that I haven't (I'm not a runner, nor do I often employ jumping into my routines, which is precisely and ironically why I clicked this no jumping workout video here).
Anyway! That was hard, but good. I feel sufficiently worked, despite my inability to stand from a sit-up without using my hands. Thank you, Maddie 😁

Girly pop I usually fly thru these no real effort or change. But mixed with a flare up im 10 min in and need to chill out for a second. I feel really stretched out, loose, I can feel my blood flowing, like I'm ready to start healing. This is what I needed. Fuck. Thanks.

Ok, I feel silly adding this comment but I want so badly to workout to everyone of your videos but I had serious death anxiety and I’m scared I will do something wrong and have some sort of medical emergency and no one to be around to help me, I google daily the right way to workout and every article I read daily says something different… I never followed a workout cause I’m scared how to start… Please help me🙏🙏🙏
I can't do this. I'm 21 and my knees and ankles are so fucked from years of juvenile arthritis. my heart is fucked from two different types of tachycardia. i hate my life. I'm never going to feel good or be happy with my body.

I have been trying out a few different types of workouts like this, from a variety of people but I think this is my favourite and I think Maddie’s are my favourite workouts. The plank kick through was tough but for some reason I found the sumo squats up to tip toes so hard 😂 my legs were like “nope” 😂

great workout but was expecting a full 30 mins of HIIT - the warm up took up the first 5 or so, as does the cool down, so this is actually about 20 mins
