I really wish your workouts included a warm up and cool down. But it was really nice that this one had modifications for people with wrist problems. That was really helpful.
I live in a small camper (Aliner Scout Lite) and have been relying on your "All standing" videos because I'm working out outside most of the time. Today it was 35 degrees out and so it was time to try out a inside, small spaces workout. Outside of a few moves, I could manage everything. I still broke a sweat and got my heart rate up! Thank you for making this a low impact exercise video because I have arthritic knees. The deep squats and lungs were too painful on my knees. Can you please suggest a modification for them? Was looking for exercises to strengthen arms, I haven't been in the gym in ages, so I came across all these hectic things I used to do, which I couldn't do at my weak stage now. Luckily I found the MadFit arm workout, and it worked my arms more than anything else I came across. So glad I found this channel! OMG, I had so much fun. At some point, my sweat and my mat were doing fart noises that everyone thought was very funny. Never laughed & sweated so much while working out. Hahaha! Only thing I would like is an alternative for some exercices as I have wrist problems (especially at minute 23)
