I'm young with osteoarthritis in both knees and my legs are starting to tone up bc of these videos. I try to switch up and do a combination of 2 videos, so please don't stop posting new ones! 💙💙

I like the diversity you provided with a different workouts for working the same areas, perfect! But I I'm having troubles with some of the leg movements and positions I think we all could use help opening our hips if you could do a hip opener video ballet moves. I think that would help a lot of us.

Hi Maddie! I've been doing several of your different trainings. I like them because they are usually 20 mins sesh. Plus you do an amazing job with timing and instruction. Anyway, I'm following for my marathon training. And feeling great after workouts. I had my abs burning for a week the first cpl of times😁 This video finally popped up and i will be using it but can also use any other sessions on hip exercises for flexibility and mobility you have. It's important for running. I can't find any videos in the youtubeverse just for hip exercises, like you have for arms and core. Let me know if you have other hip videos (~20mins). Keep up the great work! You're helping so many ppl! Best, David

Its crazy how my right side is more flexible and loose than my left. Maybe it's because I played soccer since kindergarten and my right foot was my dominant side. I gotta work on increasing the left sides flexibility!
