It’s been almost 3 years since I came across this video while looking for a “workout video to slim my thighs” just because I wanted my jeans to fit me better. This video marked the beginning of a lifestyle change for me. In the past 3 years, not only did i end up “slimming my thighs”, but I also ended up losing 25 lbs by staying in a healthy calorie deficit, incorporated various workouts, and learnt tons of recipes (got madly addicted to cooking in the process). okay so I've been doing this workout for about 2 months and the results ARE AMAZINGGGGGGGGGG I literally lost so much fat around my thighs but I'll be doing it for another 2 months bc I want them to become more slim and I TOTALLY recommend this workout (btw nothing happens overnight so keep on working and I know you'll get your perfect body)
this really works y'all. after 2-3 months, my thighs became so slim and everyone notices. I only did it once daily. also, once ur thigh gets smaller, it stays slim even after u stop working out. but don't overeat, becoz u might gain some fat back. Today I'm starting this workout I'm going to do this only after a full body workout. *Before workout * Right tigh-68 cm Left tigh-68.5 cm Day 1: A bit difficult to complete it without taking long breaks :( Did it twice Day 2:feeling much more easier. And I also started 15days lower abs workout program. R:66.5 L:67.5..i am shocked 😱 This result is motivating me alot.. Day 3: skipped a day.. Made it 2day. Still feeling the same burn I couldn't upload the results daily, so I'll update measurements weekly once .. :)* I couldn't measure weekly guys, cause if there is no changes it would be a demotivation. So here are my results after 2 weeks Right leg: 63 Left leg: 64.4 It's a huge different guys I'm going to try this ever after... Really happy with my results.. Though I was Nt doing continously except this past 2 weeks, I used to do 2 or 3 days once. hello hello alright hi!! i am on the keto diet which means that i can eat a certain amount of carbohydrates. i have done other workouts, none for legs though. i’m on the woman workout one, and i do angel abs, slim arms, and angel butt. on youtube i do this one and waist exercises. those are pretty much all the workouts i do. my keto diet i’ve been on it for like 2 months. now the workout, i did it twice a week and i’ve already started seeing results. :) it really does work

Hi everyone 😁 I've started this exercise on 21.Feb.2019 Day 1- getting tired easily and I did half of this exercise. Day2- did all this exercise and i get tired easily. Day3- my legs are paining & I can feel the burn & sore.But I can feel the difference of the thigh. 1.March.2019 - I've done this workout for one week now, I can see the difference compare to day1. My jeans are getting loose and my thighs are toning but I need to do more of this exercise to make it look perfect. I'll update again till week2 😁 for more results Week 2 - It was not tiring as I used to in the first week. My thighs r getting slimmer and i'm almost getting in good shape as well as my buttocks . I look fit now with skinny jeans & short dress/skirt/jeans 😁 but I need to do this workout regularly since this week I was too busy with some work so I did in alternate days. I'll keep on working out to perfection. Will update till the 4th week 😊 Edit : It work really well, u won't gain muscle in your thighs for those who are afraid of getting muscle. So I’ve always been insecure about my thighs and just legs In general. But just being a week into this, I have noticed so much :) I have been drinking more water, became more active, haven’t felt tired all the time, and my thighs have been getting slimmer. I’ll be doing this workout for the entire month of may and I’ll give updates along the way plus what eat, also for a little context I’ve been doing another emi Wong thigh work out for the past but haven’t seen any improvement so I’m switching to this one (this is all coming from a teenage girl doing this quietly in her bedroom so if I can do it you can too) Day 1: done. I did it I wasn’t perfect but I did it, I didn’t have so much a burn but I am out of breath and sweating like hell. One tip is make sure to stretch before the workout it makes a hell of a difference. What I ate: Ok so I’m going to to lie I did this work out for a couple week and was seeing some good results but I got sick I couldn’t to it for like a week then just completely forgot abt It but now I’m doing the work out again plus the Chloe ting 2019 2 week shred. I didn't start a meal plan, but i lowered the amound of food i eat per day and made healthier choices, like reducing carbs, sugar and bread. For me this works better than a real diet cause after a diet the only thing i wanted to do was eat everything i couldnt eat during it, so i was gaining all the wight back. Instead this method helped me to have my weight in balance and stay the same.

I did this for 8 Days so far: DAY 1: A little sore, very tired but nothing yet DAY 2: Still sore, but a slight change DAY 3: A little bit less sore, had some hard time being motivated to do it, but some results DAY 4: A pretty big change DAY 5: Sore but feeling energized DAY 6: Very Noticalbe Changes DAY 7: Sore but feeling good DAY 8: Big changes and feeling very good. I can now walk and my thighs dont touch!!!
for all the people who’s legs are killing them: It’s worth it. So so worth it! Results come back in about 6/7 days, depending how well you went. If your legs are burning way too much once you’ve finished, go have a nice cold shower. It soothes the legs and cools them all down. Happy working out, ladies and gentlemen 💪🏽

THIS WORKS!! For me at least, it took about 7 days to notices how my thigh had become smaller I continue this for another 7 days and my pants are now down to one size from L to M, Finally after all this years 😭😭 My family have been praising me for how slim i've become and this is all because of your workout video emi, thank you so much😘😘 For anyone who wants to change, i just want to say don't give up! The keys are to do it step by step. The first time i tried to do some work out i sweat like a pig and felt sore in the next morning. But just keep going, you don't have to do it all at the same time as long as you're making progress. For example, First day, you work out for 7 minutes and gradually add one minute for the next day!! Hi everyone, I'm a 14 y/o girl going into grade 10 and I've been doing this workout for about four days, paired with the 10 min ab workout from Emi Wong which does actually work. Since a lot of people are doing it, I also want to share my progress too. I'm currently on school holidays, so I have the time to do this and my goal is to slim down my thighs as much as possible before school starts again. I'll be updating every 2 weeks starting from today but from the four days I've done this, I do see the slightest results. Wish me luck. After 2 weeks: Okay, I’ve done this workout for 2 weeks now since I last posted this comment and boy, do I see results. When I first started this workout, my thighs would jiggle so much and I would feel so disgusted to look at my own legs. Two weeks later and my thighs are so much firmer and slimmer. I actually lost almost 2 kgs of weight and I feel so happy. My inner thighs still do have fat but it’s definitely getting smaller and firmer; I don’t see a clear thigh gap but I can’t even feel more touching each other anymore and I feel so comfortable going out in shorts now. I’m going to do this for another two weeks and update then. Thanks for reading! After 4 weeks: Hi everyone. So after 4 weeks of doing this exercise every day, I’ve finally achieved a clear thigh gap. My thighs have become more firmer and slimmer. They barely jiggle whenever I walk (whereas before, it was jiggle a lot whenever I walked). During my time doing this, I realised achieving a thigh gap can take a while depending on your body type and your diet. Honestly, I haven’t been maintaining a clean diet so that’s probably the major factor reducing the rate of my progress and I feel like I could have achieved more throughout this 2 week period. I’m no longer planning to update. I don’t really have a reason why but I’ll still be doing this workout while looking for other workouts to help with my body composition. Yes, I’m still doing this workout every day, and here’s a quick update: From the five days I’ve done this workout since I’ve commented (so I’ve been doing this workout for 9 days in total), my thighs have gotten a lot skinner and firmer, so when I walk around my thighs don’t jiggle as much anymore. I’ve seen little improvement in reducing my inner thighs to get a thigh gap, but I believe that if I keep doing this workout I will achieve a thigh gap. So good!! I think the reason this one works but other workout videos haven’t for me is because SHE GIVES YOU TIME TO STOP. You feel a lot of burn but it’s not nonstop and impossibly fast like a lot of workout videos are. I thought I was going to have to keep pausing the video to keep up but it never happened once. And you’re doing a different thing every minute, so you never get bored, and because you’re not bored, you get less tired imo.
You guys no pain no gain, your body have been dealing with junk food and rubbish for years , you can’t lose weight in one day or two! You definitely can do it , it just takes more time, you’ll see difference after couple of days , and it depends on your body type and how much faith and trust you’ve got in yourself , if someone did it, you can too , someday you’ll reach your goals and look at your “younger you” and be proud, just believe in yourselves and love your inner and outer self , God bless you❤️🙌🏼

Lele Flores yea i lost it in the whole thigh and a little in my calves for the diet i’m vegetarian and i don’t drink milk or have much dairy but at that time i had a piece of toast for breakfast a little bit of fruit for lunch (because i didn’t have much time to eat as i was in school) and tofu and veggies for dinner naturally though i have a very small appetite and i don’t eat after i’m full and i don’t have any sort of snacks

@@peppapigperez8534 I started by 22nd Feb and till the end of April - people started appreciating my noticeable difference. Consistency is the key and I completely quit sugar, fried items. Plus, I added walking for 30-40 minutes before this workout.
@@aishwaryasinharoll410b6please do warm up for 5-10 minutes before the workout. If you can't squat full like her, just go low as possible, slowly but surely you will develop a habit. Take multivitamins as well. Hope it helps 🍀
i’m gonna do this. i’ll update every day♥️💜♥️ Day 1: my legs got tired around the 12th exercise but i pushed through it. my legs are still a bit sore Day 2: it was a little easier to do all of the exercises today. no drastic change in the appearance but my outer thigh feels firmer than before Day 3: i’m really sore but i feel more energized when i do this when i get up in the morning. a little bit of a change in the inner part of my legs but not much Day 4: still very little change. i’ve lost maybe half a cm or so on my mid thigh. i added 15 seconds on some of the exercises cause they were becoming too easy. it’s been a little easier to motivate myself to do these tho. Day 5: i don’t see almost any change in my thighs which is a little discouraging but i’m still doing the exercises and hoping they pay off. i’ve been doing them twice a day most of the days. ive also been dieting this whole time idk if that helps Day 6: Pretty big change in my mid and high thigh! Day 7: I’ve lost about 1/2 - 3/4ths of a cm in the upper part of my thighs so far. really happy with the results! i think i’ll continue to do the exercises at least every other day and especially eating healthy.

Campanella Burning is not a problem it's the best thing you could get from a workout! I have 3 more days until I have done this for 10 days and trust me it works! my legs are so much more toned, lost thigh fat, and got a thinner calves! Keep on going, you should do these weekly tracking it helps so much with commiting yourself into doing this everyday, I know because I'm a lazy person myself but I realized I have to give it my 100% if I want 100% of the results :))

It’s been almost 3 years since I came across this video while looking for a “workout video to slim my thighs” just because I wanted my jeans to fit me better. This video marked the beginning of a lifestyle change for me. In the past 3 years, not only did i end up “slimming my thighs”, but I also ended up losing 25 lbs by staying in a healthy calorie deficit, incorporated various workouts, and learnt tons of recipes (got madly addicted to cooking in the process).

after 2-3 months, my thighs became so slim and everyone notices. I only did it once daily. also, once ur thigh gets smaller, it stays slim even after u stop working out. but don't overeat, becoz u might gain some fat back.

I've started this exercise on 21.Feb.2019
Day 1- getting tired easily and I did half of this exercise.
Day2- did all this exercise and i get tired easily.
Day3- my legs are paining & I can feel the burn & sore.But I can feel the difference of the thigh.
1.March.2019 - I've done this workout for one week now, I can see the difference compare to day1. My jeans are getting loose and my thighs are toning but I need to do more of this exercise to make it look perfect.
I'll update again till week2 😁 for more results
Week 2 - It was not tiring as I used to in the first week. My thighs r getting slimmer and i'm almost getting in good shape as well as my buttocks . I look fit now with skinny jeans & short dress/skirt/jeans 😁 but I need to do this workout regularly since this week I was too busy with some work so I did in alternate days. I'll keep on working out to perfection. Will update till the 4th week 😊
Edit : It work really well, u won't gain muscle in your thighs for those who are afraid of getting muscle. Both the front and back thighs works. I would suggest u go for this exercise , it's helpful😊 now I'm fit and happy with my thighs😊 this works only for the thighs not the waist.

So I’ve always been insecure about my thighs and just legs In general. But just being a week into this, I have noticed so much :) I have been drinking more water, became more active, haven’t felt tired all the time, and my thighs have been getting slimmer. I recommend this workout to anyone who is insecure about ur thighs! Even if your not feeling motivated then just push yourself, because in the end your gonna thank yourself ^^

I’ll be doing this workout for the entire month of may and I’ll give updates along the way plus what eat, also for a little context I’ve been doing another emi Wong thigh work out for the past but haven’t seen any improvement so I’m switching to this one (this is all coming from a teenage girl doing this quietly in her bedroom so if I can do it you can too)
Day 1: done. I did it I wasn’t perfect but I did it, I didn’t have so much a burn but I am out of breath and sweating like hell. One tip is make sure to stretch before the workout it makes a hell of a difference.

Did you change your diet?
I didn't start a meal plan, but i lowered the amound of food i eat per day and made healthier choices, like reducing carbs, sugar and bread. For me this works better than a real diet cause after a diet the only thing i wanted to do was eat everything i couldnt eat during it, so i was gaining all the wight back. Instead this method helped me to have my weight in balance and stay the same.

Fatema Shabbir They definitely became slimmer! I also do ab exercises and cardio (aka dancing) afterwards. As for diet, not much since I eat mostly vegetables anyway. Good luck!

It’s worth it. So so worth it! Results come back in about 6/7 days, depending how well you went. If your legs are burning way too much once you’ve finished, go have a nice cold shower. It soothes the legs and cools them all down. Happy working out, ladies and gentlemen 💪🏽

For anyone who wants to change, i just want to say don't give up! The keys are to do it step by step. The first time i tried to do some work out i sweat like a pig and felt sore in the next morning. But just keep going, you don't have to do it all at the same time as long as you're making progress.
For example, First day, you work out for 7 minutes and gradually add one minute for the next day!! Keep going guys!!💪💪

Hi everyone, I'm a 14 y/o girl going into grade 10 and I've been doing this workout for about four days, paired with the 10 min ab workout from Emi Wong which does actually work. Since a lot of people are doing it, I also want to share my progress too. I'm currently on school holidays, so I have the time to do this and my goal is to slim down my thighs as much as possible before school starts again. I'll be updating every 2 weeks starting from today but from the four days I've done this, I do see the slightest results. Wish me luck.

Okay, I’ve done this workout for 2 weeks now since I last posted this comment and boy, do I see results. When I first started this workout, my thighs would jiggle so much and I would feel so disgusted to look at my own legs. Two weeks later and my thighs are so much firmer and slimmer. I actually lost almost 2 kgs of weight and I feel so happy. My inner thighs still do have fat but it’s definitely getting smaller and firmer; I don’t see a clear thigh gap but I can’t even feel more touching each other anymore and I feel so comfortable going out in shorts now. I’m going to do this for another two weeks and update then. Thanks for reading!
After 4 weeks:
Hi everyone. So after 4 weeks of doing this exercise every day, I’ve finally achieved a clear thigh gap. My thighs have become more firmer and slimmer. They barely jiggle whenever I walk (whereas before, it was jiggle a lot whenever I walked).
During my time doing this, I realised achieving a thigh gap can take a while depending on your body type and your diet. Honestly, I haven’t been maintaining a clean diet so that’s probably the major factor reducing the rate of my progress and I feel like I could have achieved more throughout this 2 week period.
I’m no longer planning to update. I don’t really have a reason why but I’ll still be doing this workout while looking for other workouts to help with my body composition. But really, if you do this workout, I can assure you that you'll see results in a week or so.

Yes, I’m still doing this workout every day, and here’s a quick update:
From the five days I’ve done this workout since I’ve commented (so I’ve been doing this workout for 9 days in total), my thighs have gotten a lot skinner and firmer, so when I walk around my thighs don’t jiggle as much anymore. I’ve seen little improvement in reducing my inner thighs to get a thigh gap, but I believe that if I keep doing this workout I will achieve a thigh gap.

So good!! I think the reason this one works but other workout videos haven’t for me is because SHE GIVES YOU TIME TO STOP. You feel a lot of burn but it’s not nonstop and impossibly fast like a lot of workout videos are. I thought I was going to have to keep pausing the video to keep up but it never happened once. And you’re doing a different thing every minute, so you never get bored, and because you’re not bored, you get less tired imo.

day 1 - it's not my first time trying this because i did this workout maybe a month ago and forgot about it but i don't feel sweaty and all that and i'm energized.
day 2 - not much difference but i'm still doing this and i will be updating more
day 3 - i actually feel my legs hurting a little and i can feel the thigh gap (it was actually visible for me before). i don't do diet because i'm on intuitive eating! but really i feel my legs being stronger, that's amazing. i will keep updating
day 4 - i just feel how my legs toned for a lil bit??? i mean my jeans... eye tried wearing them today and they fit better on me can i cry pls??? and no i'm not keeping on a diet
day 5 - shit my thighs hurt but it's worth it. i really feel how my thighs don't touch when i walk... oh god🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠
day 6 - ive done it two times but I enjoyed it. i even added up 15 other seconds to the exercises. i feel slimmer tbh and i havent really got bothered by wearing my jeans today. they looked perfect on me
day 7 - i didn’t do the workout today but did the sumo pauses for a minute and bottom leg lift for 30 seconds each leg. i wasn’t able to do the workout today because everyone was home and there were guests!:( but I’ll do it two times a day tomorrow and will update the results in a week to see the difference
day 8 - i think i’ll do more of thigh workouts because this one is getting very very very easy for me. again, im not keeping on a diet!! i eat what i want and eat when i’m hungry. i guess i’ll update once a week from now on:) i want to avoid looking in the mirror and see the changes in a week or two

Day 1: my legs got tired around the 12th exercise but i pushed through it. my legs are still a bit sore
Day 2: it was a little easier to do all of the exercises today. no drastic change in the appearance but my outer thigh feels firmer than before
Day 3: i’m really sore but i feel more energized when i do this when i get up in the morning. a little bit of a change in the inner part of my legs but not much
Day 4: still very little change. i’ve lost maybe half a cm or so on my mid thigh. i added 15 seconds on some of the exercises cause they were becoming too easy. it’s been a little easier to motivate myself to do these tho.
Day 5: i don’t see almost any change in my thighs which is a little discouraging but i’m still doing the exercises and hoping they pay off. i’ve been doing them twice a day most of the days. ive also been dieting this whole time idk if that helps
Day 6: Pretty big change in my mid and high thigh!
Day 7: I’ve lost about 1/2 - 3/4ths of a cm in the upper part of my thighs so far. really happy with the results! i think i’ll continue to do the exercises at least every other day and especially eating healthy.

Burning is not a problem it's the best thing you could get from a workout! I have 3 more days until I have done this for 10 days and trust me it works! my legs are so much more toned, lost thigh fat, and got a thinner calves! Keep on going, you should do these weekly tracking it helps so much with commiting yourself into doing this everyday, I know because I'm a lazy person myself but I realized I have to give it my 100% if I want 100% of the results :))
Yes it feels amazing that it is burning haha. Just did my 3rd day and I feel great. After like 10 day I also want to do other workout videos with it. And it's great to find someone that's also motivated! Let's do this!! :)
