I did this workout for the first time today and i love that i felt it burn however i still did not stop! I have been doing ab workouts for 6 months almost everyday and my abs are toned!! I’m so happy

I LOVED this 😍 I've been trying to work on my lower abs more, but I struggle to feel motivated for it. This was the most fun I've had working my lower abs ever. The breaks were the perfect length to transition and to keep me going, and the no repeat format kept me engaged and made the workout fly by! When it was finished, I thought, "Already?" I'm normally counting down the seconds to be done. Thank you SO SO much, Maddie. I will definitely be coming back to this one!

I'll do it for 2 weeks and I'll make sure to update it! (with some Madfit vids to the booty and abs) Day 1 : It was hard but I did some workouts without stopping but the scissor one killed me , But done !✅ Day 2 : it was even HARDER I felt so much burn in my lower ab also the upper one ! , I wasn't able to move and walk but I did it with a rests with each workout , but done ! ✅ Day 3 : I felt I had the urge to do the workout , I did it , and I felt the rests are getting a bit less , I'm able to do it a bit better now :D , done !✅ Day 4 :Was easier and I did it (OKAY OKAY I DISSAPERED IN THE LAST TEN DAYS AND FORGET TO UPDATE BUT IT WAS GOING FINE , I FELT MY LOWER AB GOT FLAT AND THE WORKOUT WAS EASIER TO DO .. BUT SADLY I PUTTED ON WEIGHT AGAIN AND I WANTED TO DO IT AGAIN SO YES I'KK START) So again Day 1: Done and as well it was hard a bit
