    hi maddie, i just wanted to say thanks so much for all you do! i've never consistently worked out until this year with the help of your videos, and they're really helping me develop a healthy relationship with exercise. i always naturally looked a certain way and never "needed" to work out according to others, so when i put on some weight i felt like i needed to just work out intensely to be skinny again; needless to say that was a pretty bad place to be, and in the end it didn't actually motivate me to exercise at all. your videos are genuinely enjoyable and make me feel like i'm doing what i'm doing for my health, and i always feel strong and good about myself afterwards. i'm still working on my body image, but your workouts are a really amazing part of that journey. thank you thank you thank you!!

    Have to say your abs workout are too good simple and effective… not complicated or intense❤️ just 30min cardio and abs workout and I’m done for the day🌹🌹

    Your videos literally took me from walking being a workout to now going to the gym 2 hours a day. And even though I go to the gym now I still find myself coming back to these videos whenever I don't have time to go or don't feel like leaving the house.     I was putting off my workout this morning and then got a notification that you posted an ab workout 5 minutes ago!! I thought, man, that's a sign! And here I am now, motivated, burnt out after that minute plank (I shook the whole time after only 15 seconds but I'm here working my core to get stronger so I can only improve that stability)! Thanks so much, Maddie, you always help instruct proper form to beginners during your workouts which is why I never hurt after following them! Just good muscle burn:)

    Over month of doing this workout, I’ve finally outgrown it! Love this woman and her workouts, I’ve been following her videos for nearly two months 5 days a week and have had huge improvements across the board. Motivating and realistic. Love it.

    I am a mother of two small children, have little time for myself and my motivation for training often depends on the composition of the exercises. Abs have always been a horror to me. Thanks to your videos I have learned to love these.

    Really love this one! This is one of the rare ab workouts that actually works the abs, and not half the abs and half the legs.

    I was always overwhelmed by the thought of working out. I'm not overweight, but I need to tighten up. These videos are so effective and gentle. It's not overwhelming. I can follw this so well and I feel it in my core 💯.

    Man, this was great. I find myself to be in pretty good shape but this had me burning pretty good. I have another 10 lbs to lose for my goal. I know concentrated workouts aren't a huge thing for fat loss but this combined with cardio is great. Probably gonna make this part of my daily routine
