I loved the mini sets! The side oblique exercises are intense on my shoulders, maybe there is a tip or modification for those? Thank you!!
What about if you did them just on your sideband added a side lift off the floor. So do a side crunch and then lift your butt while in the same position? Does that make sense? lol
Same here, but I've learnt if it hurts, modify it. Because if you continue with an exercise it can do damage and cause pain on your muscles. Instead I was kneeling on my left knee, right leg out to the side (so similar position to the original exercise), left hand on the mat and just did some simple 'thread the needle' style movement with my right arm. And then swapped to the other side. Hopefully that makes sense! Not quite as intense as the original exercise but if you're engaging your core you should still be able to feel it a little.
I've been doing 2-3 of your videos a day for the last three weeks! I love your workouts. They are short, concise, challenging and fun. All I tell myself is that I can make it through a 15 or 20 min. workout. After the first video, I say "well, you're already sweaty, might as do another!" Thanks for the motivation
Loved this one! I did the 15 Minute Cardio, 15 Minute Upper Body, and finished off with this. Makes for an amazing workout and really gets the happy chemicals flowing!

Hey I love this workout. I've been doing this sane one for months and have seen great results! The only issue is that I'm not feeling the burn like I used to with this one. Today I did it and added in weights which helped. But I would love to see more intense weighed ab total core workouts from you. You don't have a lot of ab dumbell videos but would love to see more of them from you 😊 also a 200 squat challenge would be great as well. Well about to do my arms now with another one of your videos 😊 thank you for being awesome and keeping me motivated towards my goals! Your body is goals and I'm on my way there! ❤

I absolutely LOVE this format can you please format other videos like this in the future?? Abs or other exercises? For some reason doing sets of 2 supersets flies by for me I’ve done this video 4 times since you posted it and I am always shocked at how quickly it seems to end!!! xoxoxo

loved this workout Maddie!! I find it more beneficial when you show the next movement before the time starts to actually do that move (during the rest period).. I want to make every second of those crunches count, instead of watching you and then jumping in 5 seconds late.

Definitely enjoy this one. I struggled most with the bear crawl position. New goal is to complete that one without collapsing to the floor midway through.
