I was outside for much of the onset and I was in Fort Myers this afternoon. I saw a old man walking a bicycle down the street through water who had absolutely no business being there. Please keep the prayers coming. They saved us from even far worse devastation. We believe especially now more than ever.

They had to get out everyone vulnerable, who relies on oxygen tanks or other electric devices to live and those who were in areas that would be completely under water. Everyone else had to move inland or hunker down.

Thankfully, the situation in Jax and beaches was downgraded to tropical storm conditions with some surge. My son is in Jacksonville Beach, two blocks from the sea and couldn’t go to his friends’ house inland because everything around is flooded. But other than a lot of rain and wind the rest seems ok…. 🤞

I had a cat 1 go over my house 80 miles inland from Texas coast. That wind sounds just like that. Can't imagine cat 4 or 5!
