    This type of workout feels very nice for when you don't have a lot of energy/motivation but still want to move. I definitely would like to see more like this one, especially for abs!

      @@anaml3879 don't compare your journey and your efforts to another's. Each one of us does our best and just the fact that you showed up and did it is already an accomplishment, even if you took several breaks or feel exhausted. That’s your problem tbh. Who cares if you feel like dying after a workout? That means you worked out. Good for you. The fact that you’re doing it at all is good. Keep it up and you’ll get to a place where you aren’t discouraged anymore

      cardio will always be my #1 bae but arms and core strength come in at a tight second. I’ve struggled with depression, like so many others, and sometimes this is seriously the thing I look forward to doing, especially after a long school day of sitting in desks staring at my laptop.

    I struggle hard with core workouts and honestly, I don’t enjoy them, but I’m determined to work harder on my core and I so appreciate your core workouts. Did the 30 minute one from December today (it killed) saving this one for next Friday! It will all be worth it when I’m 80 and can get up off the couch! 😂

    • @chimbamex
      @chimbamex Год назад +5

      @@hareemhassan4248 I attended the gym for more than 25 years and believe me, MadFit its been better for me, I'm 63 and following her since the beginnings of "cov". Gym routines at least 45min, MadFit less than 30min, first thing in the morning before going to work same results

    • @mindforbooks4005
      @mindforbooks4005 Год назад +3

      @@hareemhassan4248 I find them to be more than intense enough because I pick the duration that I feel will suit me on the day. I usually make a plan as to what my days look like at the beginning of the week (leg day, arm day, core day etc.) and then on the day pick what suits my energy levels and MadFit, no matter the duration, always manages to challenge me in a really good way. I like to do a few of her intense 5 minute workouts on active rest days where I feel like pushing myself and even they slap! 😅😂

Also Really appreciate your comments: u don't over-explain or babble, so when you do talk, i pay attention:) and it's usually something super important, eg. reminders to keep the low back on the floor. So easy to space out on the details and just go through the motions without intention. Thank you soooo much.
