DAY 29!! A super awesome lower body circuit 😍 I apologize for the lighting on this video and tomorrows (day 30). The outside conditions were not the greatest!! Much love and see you tomorrow! xx

I did this exercise together with outer and inner thigh, and abs 8 min - EVERYDAY, for 3 weeks and my body got toned, flat stomach, no more side outer thigh fat ! LOVE MAD FIT
I've been doing it for more than a month a the results are truly amazing. I'm a slim person although my legs always were bigger. Now people are actually saying how great they look. Don't give up and do it once a day. These 15 minutes can REALLY change your life
I'm on day 4, just finished 4th workout. The wall sit is already getting easier!! It blows my mind how fast our bodies can get used to this if we really apply ourselves!

if you guys are reading the comments in bed right now, here’s how the workout went for me: im not very active so almost all workout videos are a challenge for me. usually im so out of breath that i take huge breaks during each workout and barely get anything out of it. this was the first youtube workout that i did completely! i took a small water break after the first set but i immediately kept going, which i rarely do. if you are a beginner, this workout is extremely beginner friendly. easy enough to keep going but challenging enough that my legs were literally shaking and trembling by the end. this is definitely going to be my leg day go to to start getting fit, and i will check all of her other videos! 10/10 from a complete workout beginner.

@@willferalorangejustice very true actually don’t know how to fit upper body into my routine . I do lower body 3 times a week alternating days then abs the other 3 alternating days with a rest day on a Sunday . Like do I incorporate upper body to my abs days
After 1 week: It wasnt exactly one week because I didnt do EVERYDAY I was shook when I searched up that if your muscles were sore let them rest at least 48 hours so the first day i did it I let it rest 2 days then continued. Eventually the balancing isn't a problem anymore and you find yourself not complaining and just getting through! I dont know if there was a difference yet that is largely noticable but my legs certainly feel stronger and I can get through the sets without as much pain (my muscles still do get sore). Loved it! Came across you yesterday and committed to doing this everyday until end of June! Who's with me?! Thanks for the great, clear video. Wonderful stuff.
definitely understand why this workout has over 8 million views: moves are accessible yet killer, don't need to pause/preview next move, and perfect length for this workout! definitely felt like I did some cardio the way I was huffing/puffing towards the end, yet since connecting with your channel in 2020, your workouts were part of me being in the best shape of my life in my mid 30s! now that I'm 38, your workouts are a part of me being in the best shape of my life in my late 30s
Loved this! I’m 21 weeks pregnant and before I found out was at the gym everyday building up. This was a great lower body work out to pull me back into some activity during my second (much better feeling) trimester. No jumping or ballistics to agitate my pubic bone that is already extremely sensitive..
So I really like the exercises in this video especially when you add a resistance band to it! The only thing I didn't enjoy was how fast we transitioned between exercises. I felt like I was having to restart the exercise a lot because if I didn't I wasn't getting the whole workout. Maybe adding a 5 second transition period between exercises would be helpful :) thank you for the workout and I hope to do more!
Ive heard some people say that this method of no breaks burns more fat but I say you should always listen to your body. If going faster makes you lose focus on your perfect form and makes you stumble a bit, go slower, take breaks, its completely fine.
@@TheBizarre1 the problem was more that there wasn't any time to transition from one exercise to the next. For example if I am doing rows with a resistance band then have to move to squats with a resistance band I need a few seconds to move the band from one position to the next. I don't remember how these exercises went anymore but that was just an example of what I meant. :)
I'm gonna do this four times a week for three weeks. Join me if you need a workout bud❤️ Week 1: Day 1: ✔️ Day 2: ✔️ Day 3: ✔️ Dat 4: ✔️ 1 week done: hehe Week 2: Day 1: ✔️ Day 2: ✔️ Day 3: ✔️ Day 4: ✔️ Week 2 done: yayyy Week 3!!!!
I just found your videos and they have been so good to keep myself active at home during this corona virus situation. Thank you so much! I hope everyone stays safe and healthy.
Made it 7 minutes before I literally almost died gonna shoot for 8 minutes next time til I get all the way through! I knew this wouldn’t be easy I’ve let myself go to long and my body is out of control at this point trying to gain back control on my life even if it’s only minutes at a time! I won’t give up!
When I started, I could barely get through the first set (my legs gave out after 10 seconds of the first wall sit). Two weeks later, I actually made it through both sets without even taking a break between sets. That's three weeks progress baby!!* *I just do regular squats the whole time its time for curtsy squats though. Like. I can't imagine how she physically balances while doing those
i just started this i will update everyday : day 1 i kinda struggled to keep my balance but on the second round it was a bit better. i could feel some of the exercises on my calves aswell. i would say i might have done some of them wrong as i didn’t feel them on my thighs but i’ll see how it is tmrw ! day 2: easier , i was still sweaty but felt the tension in my muscle day 3: going well was definitely much easier day 4: i can feel a difference
I’m only 13 years old and I did all of this. Yes I did do it right. My legs are very sore. But I have been working out everyday by running 2 miles and doing 100 squats. These workouts really help and they for sure are getting my legs stronger.
OMG! Ive been doing this for a week and I can't already tell my legs are tighter and toner! I was really sore after the first day but Im glad I have stuck with it.... keep it up y'all this works!!
Ima do this for a week. I will keep y’all posted on any improvements. Keep this comment up with likes y’all! Day 1: could only do the first part because I’m a pathetic thing of flesh and blood and thought I was dead. My legs were shaking and I was sweating, plus make sure to have some water with u😂 Okay, so I’ve been doing this for a week. AMAZING RESULTS! Started sweating less, felt great when running, and I got so much faster!! Honestly one of the best workout videos I’ve seen! 😆
First time trying this out, and I’m poorly out of shape. I swear I felt like I could not move my legs as I was walking up the stairs. But that’s the kind of burn I freaking love ❤️ thank you.
I just started doing this and felt the EXACT same way!!! Been focusing on my babies the last 8 years and have gotten so out of shape but finally realizing I need some time for me and my health too!
I love these viedos as I have arthritis and can't exercise for hours this is perfect for me.I've just recently started a vegan diet to see if it will help my arthritis.I'm probably your oldest subscriber I'm 59!!🤣Love you guys
I just started following your channel and I am loving it. My aim is to reduce my body weight and tone my body. I was spending around 2 hours in the gym but due to coronavirus, gyms are closed. I was searching for good workout videos and found you. I am impressed with your body and the workouts you designed for us. I hope it will help me to achieve my goal in the next 1 month. Thank you for doing this.
Hey Maddie ! Super workout ! It didn't went very good for me for the first seven days, my thighs and booty were aching dead, but I didn't quit. Continued to do the workout daily, now I see in my 3rd week I am able to do more lower squats and my legs are getting toned like never before.. 😃 Enjoying the workout each day🙌
alrighty, i'll keep you guys updated with my results, starting today! day 1: definetly feeling it, my legs hurt a little, but not too much. i'm expecting good results once i do this workout more. edit: lmao i didn't realise it had been this long ;-;
When I started doing this workout, I was watching the clock all the time because it was so difficult to finish it. I've been doing this workout at least three times a week, and this summer I felt good wearing my new -backless- bathing suit. Not only my butt looks better, but I feel better because I have kept the promise I made to myself. Thank you !!
This is the very first at home workout that I’ve found that actually works, and i must say i feel great ! I definitely felt the burn during and after the workout. Im on a health journey and I’m new to your channel, Thankyou for this, it was amazing !
hi there. for the first time in my life, I start to do exercises. i love your way and technics, but i do have knee and some back (scoliosis) problem. I and probably some other people as well would like to ask you to introduce 15-20 min work out with out putting stress and pressure on those parts of the body? If you can help that will be wonderful. thanks in advance! xx
It’s the day after Christmas and I’m so worried I destroyed my progress from the last several weeks. It was a huge relief to break a sweat and feel the good burn. Thanks for this one! It was great!
the wall sit was a literal break. this is perfect for a beginner. definitely "easy" but you can still get exhausted from it! im on day two and im tired as h*** but I'm gunna keep going and posting my results everyday so I'll let you know! I'm definitely checking out her other videos!
this video is amazing. i think i've been doing it everyday (minus like 2 days) for about 2 or 3 weeks now and can really start to feel it's affect. still haven't totally got all the exercises down tho, still struggling with the side kick ones but slowly getting better! looking forward to having strong ass thighs by the end of this quarantine!
Suuuuch a good workout!! It’s been in my lower body rotation since 2020. My lower body playlist is too long - this one needs to bubble up more frequently!!
That was easier than I expected but I still hate lunges with a passion. Something about trying to get my body into that position just doesn't work very well and they always annoy me lol
Let me tell u - I used to be skinny due to eating disorder and didnt like my legs, now I'm healthy and gained weight and don't fully love my legs but finally realised that what Id like my legs to look like its just more muscle definition. It changes the game. The thing is, you don't want to be skinny. Love your body bby
Ala Godela it’s different for everybody, while I agree you should love yourself I’ve personally been on both sides of the spectrum but recently gained a lot of weight and can actually say I was happier when I was skinnier. Point is if you wanna change and better yourself encourage it in a healthy manner but don’t just flat out tell someone they shouldn’t do it:(
day 1: Great. I feel like I'm dying a little. day 2: Feeling good, got easier all of a sudden...? day 3: pretty great. My thighs are a tiny bit sore but i feel amazing. day 4: I feel like this is getting easier... I might be doing something wrong but I overall feel really good! day 5: so much for me thinking it was getting easier, But you know what they say, no pain go gain, right? day 6: I'm slightly seeing results, I've been doing this consistently every night and my legs looks waay better (as in toned).
Thank you so much Maddie!!! I can’t believe that I actually lost fat from my quads! Lunges didn’t seem to reduce them but surprisingly with 1 workout session the fat burnt off. Will be doing this few more times over the week. You have a new subscriber😍❤️ I was a complete beginner and I always like to prep myself up the day before so if anyone is reading this comment - I did each workout for 2 minutes followed by the next instead of repeating the cycle one more time. N it still worked. I’ve also read and heard people saying that the slower you do, the more effective the workout can be on your muscles so as a beginner it’s hard to do many reps without feeling super tired (and it’s no fun that way). So I did it slowly and steadily (after all core balance is important as well). The burn was constant, I was still in pain but I was enjoying instead of tiring out myself. After the workout, I was happy, satisfied with the session and burnt off the fat. I hope this helps someone.
Thanks, Madfit! I started with this video over a year and a half ago and added others every other day. I wanted to lose some weight for my 50th birthday. When I am not with you, I run 2 1/2 miles on a treadmill that I got for free. Because of you and intermittent fasting, I lost over 35 pounds and am down to a size 2! I think your videos are the best! Thank you!!!
I've been doing this workout once a week for 6 weeks and today is the first day I've been able to get through the entire video! I of course am still not to the point where I can do all of it as fast the second time through but I did all of it and that's what matters :)
Love this! It is the first and only RUclips home workout that I actually come back to time and time again. Not too intimidating and yet so effective. Thank you!
I absolutely LOVE this circuit! I watched this 2 days ago and couldnt even finish the 2nd set bc I was dying hah. BUT I FINISHED IT TODAY! I still struggle on the back lunges but ill get better! Keep it up, girl!
LOVE love LOVE this one ! It fits me well !!! I am 52 and MADFIT is my go to ! Maddie is amazing. I have followed other channels for work out; bar none Maddie's are intense, she has a calm about herself that is inspiring to work out. And I am seeing results !!!! She works all the right areas and has good support on how to's for the areas we are working on.
Im a big girl (5', 215lbs) and even though the only thing I struggled with were the skyward leg lifts, I was sweating mad crazy by the end of the second round. Definitely adding as routine for leg day.
Personal Progress: _My aim is to strength and improve the health of my muscles. I am already skinny and tall and have trouble gaining weight. Along with this workout, I’m committing to a few others that target different areas of my body. I do this workout 2x a week._ *Week 1* Day 1: ☑️ _The second set was a pain. I could not do most of the exercises effectively or even at all. I can barely hold the wall sit for 5 seconds, my legs tremble too much so I tried to go slow with it._
I found your channel a couple days ago and it was the second time doing this particular workout. It has helped me so much to keep working out till the end. Thank you!!
I haven't worked my lower body for like 20 days and now as I am doing this workout I feel extremely tired, before I was so much stronger, trying to get back in shape. support me in this journey. thank you madfit!
Training everyday till quarantine ❤️ Day 1: It was the first time training in a while, so my thighs really hurt. Day 2: I felt weak but I told myself not to give up and my thighs still hurt Day 3: I feel fresh and I lost some belly weight and I’m so happy!!
Btrain well... yeah? The thing is isolation workouts are a myth, these workouts will just add to your caloric burn and tone up your legs. So because its adding to your caloric burn you may see some weightloss, and you lose weight in parts of your body that have a low fat percentage first. These workouts just add to your total body weightloss.

Hi will this workout slim thighs
@@ayanali171 yes ofcourse 🌈🥀
Are you only doing this leg workout every day?
@@anonmukbang5123Mukbang dear In the morning I do jogging and different exercises for my belly fat and in the evening I do this exercise. :)
Yes. Thanks for the suggestion to Mad Fit. I thought it was because I am much older than she is. Haha.
Same
same we dont get a break at all
Ive heard some people say that this method of no breaks burns more fat but I say you should always listen to your body.

Keep up the good work! It will get easier every time 😄
The first day it was great the second day though ugh. But I did it when I needed a break I took it and the got right back into it. Hope that helps.

I love that this comment was 6 days ago 😂
Still dead?
Ok but when?
She didn't come back guys
When I started, I could barely get through the first set (my legs gave out after 10 seconds of the first wall sit). Two weeks later, I actually made it through both sets without even taking a break between sets. That's three weeks progress baby!!*
*I just do regular squats the whole time its time for curtsy squats though. Like. I can't imagine how she physically balances while doing those
Precisely.....I used some support...lol but I think I'd do regular squats next time.
i just started this i will update everyday : day 1 i kinda struggled to keep my balance but on the second round it was a bit better. i could feel some of the exercises on my calves aswell. i would say i might have done some of them wrong as i didn’t feel them on my thighs but i’ll see how it is tmrw !
day 2: easier , i was still sweaty but felt the tension in my muscle
day 3: going well was definitely much easier
day 4: i can feel a difference
Keep going!!

Okay, so I’ve been doing this for a week. AMAZING RESULTS! Started sweating less, felt great when running, and I got so much faster!! Honestly one of the best workout videos I’ve seen! 😆
Great this is my second day
First time trying this out, and I’m poorly out of shape.

I know you commented one year ago but what was your experience regarding this 15 exercise
this video is amazing. i think i've been doing it everyday (minus like 2 days) for about 2 or 3 weeks now and can really start to feel it's affect. still haven't totally got all the exercises down tho, still struggling with the side kick ones but slowly getting better! looking forward to having strong ass thighs by the end of this quarantine!
As a beginner, I want to hug you! Such a good pace and plenty of nice exercises that make muscles burn. Thank you so much!)))

Thank you so much Maddie!!! I can’t believe that I actually lost fat from my quads! Lunges didn’t seem to reduce them but surprisingly with 1 workout session the fat burnt off. Will be doing this few more times over the week.
You have a new subscriber😍❤️
I was a complete beginner and I always like to prep myself up the day before so if anyone is reading this comment - I did each workout for 2 minutes followed by the next instead of repeating the cycle one more time.
