    On January first I did this workout and was absolutely dead. On January 31st I did it and added 5 pound weights and am ready to do another workout. Practice = progress. you can do it!!

    What I’ve learned from this:
    I hate lunges
    I hate squat jumps
    Don’t do this on an empty stomach
    Shower after

    I love that you wear your exhaustion. A lot of trainers here like to pretend their workouts are easy and don't pant or show any exasperation. These workouts are tough though and even tougher for a lot of the audience so I appreciate your vulnerability in sharing that instead of hiding it.

    This workout was great! The first time I did it, I stopped to yell like 4 times during the squat & lunge jumps. The second time I only yelled like 3 times 😀

    I’m so glad she exists! I love the variety in her workouts. As a student athlete who now is missing 2-3 practices a day from quarantine, her videos are so helpful. I can just do a few of the harder ones and I feel like I’ve done a whole 2 hour workout

    I used to have skinny legs and butt. This video is a big help. And it really works! My legs and butt improves a lot after 1 month and a half of doing this workout. I'm happy that I achieve my leg and butt goal this quarantine... 😍🥰💗

    Thank you so much for your videos! I started my fitness journey a little over 3 months ago and I remember when I first started doing this video I felt like I was about to pass out and couldn’t even finish the whole thing.. but today I graduated into doing this whole video while also holding a 12lb weight!! Never thought it would be possible but it is!

    Getting back into shape after gaining 30 kg on a 2 year self-loathing train... Shed the first 20 over covid lockdowns, time to lose the remaining 10 just in time for Summer. Feels good to get back into my normal weight and into knowing I can control stuff better! Let's goooooooooooooo!     okay so I’m going to try this workout as my legs are like sticks and I’m sick and tired of hating how they look so it’s time to gain a little confidence. I’m going to stick to my regular eating pattern which is basically junk food lol and just do the workout with no diet. I will eat fruit and healthy food every now and then so I will keep yall updated
    day 1: so I had to stop literally at the end because I was so out of breath and felt as though if I carry on I might faint. will defo try and get to the end tomorrow. I felt the burn on another level ! but can’t wait to see some results!
    day 2: okay so I definitely felt the burn today! I’m sweating so much and could barely walk down the stairs but pain make beauty right. honestly I don’t know if it’s too soon but I feel like my thighs have grown just a little bigger. I’m still waiting on my butt though. this workout is so motivational and I will do it again tonight or tomorrow if I feel unmotivated tonight or I just can’t feel my legs lol. I really recommend this workout!

    Not sure why but this workout gets me sore every time! That doesn’t happen even with 20 min other butt workouts. So I keep coming back to this one.

    One year ago when quarantine hit the US I tried this workout for the first time and struggled mightily to finish and took multiple breaks - today I just did it with minimal breaks, weighted on every exercise - progress is awesome and feels great! thank you so so much!

    Ok so I’m like 2 months in to quarantine and I started out really motivated to lose weight and stuff was happening for the first time ever...and then Easter happened. Anyways I just quite dance (I did Irish dance for 7 years) but I was never really able to tone my legs effectively which is *strange* BUT I’m gonna do this routine as long as I can and I’ll try to update y’all along the way. My main goal is to tone and firm, and I’m also doing various ab workouts as well as toning the upper body (and drinking enough water to hydrate A small family and healthy eating and shizznet).
    Btw I’m almost 16, 5’3, 145 lbs and a lil curvy (thanks mama)
    Day1 (April 26): Dear lord that was difficult. The jump squats and jump lunges were awfulll. Instead of the normal double pulse squat at the end I did a sumo squat pulse. Obviously no difference yet but I can fEeL it.
    (EDIT) Lol ok so I’m still trying to slim down but I don’t think this workout is exactly what I need. I’ve moved on to different ballet based exercises, Pamela Reif’s back exercise, different arm stuff and lots of lower ab situations. I’ve been walking a lot too so hopefully something will happen...maybe.

      if you're trying to tone your body you should do cardio because your muscles won't show if you have a layer of fat (not saying that you're fat :) ). you can have super awesome muscles but they won't show over fat. focusing on only one part of your body that you want to improve is not good and won't do much for losing fat. try to make a little week routine that includes leg and ab workouts and also cardio because that is the most effextive way of losing fat. you can find everything on this channel :)

      hey hun! just a reminder that losing weight is absolutely amazing, just remember you can be healthy, athletic, and super strong and still have body fat showing! it is a perfectly human thing to have. it’s always better to workout to be strong and fit other than to be skinny. losing weight is great, if you decide that is what will be best for you! i do not have a flat tummy, but i am muscular in most places because i love to move my body and have fun in the mix. you can be toned on your body and still have fat pouches, because the two go hand in hand. i love you and good luck, you are worthy of all the love in the world!!

    Thank you for making these videos! I love how short and precise they are. I tend to lose focus when videos are too long. This way I get to choose what muscle group to focus on every few days.

    I've been doing 20-30 minutes of exercise each morning. I do every day except Saturdays and Tuesdays, those are just my basic days off. For those 20-30 minutes, I do a collection of workout videos. I've been doing Madfit, Pamela Reif, and Chloe Ting, all amazing women. (If you haven't heard of one, go check them out) This has been going on for around 3-4 months now, in quarantine and throughout the summer. It really does work! My arms have more muscle on them, I can ACTUALLY SEE MY ABS, and my legs are very defined and strong! And the booty workouts have helped too! I recommend for other people to try this. It's good for starters who have never worked out before on a regular basis, or for teens trying something new. Good luck to all who try this!

      @@janamuhaidat4507Well I wouldn't say slimmer, but definitely more defined. Many people have told me that they can actually see my leg muscles more. The exercises might slim other people's legs, but I have naturally very muscley legs from my mom, so it's different for me.

    This is a great workout, especially for the thighs. I also use a resistant band while doing exercises and find that really makes my legs burn.

    I´ve been suffering from Quervain´s syndrome for almost two months so I can´t do any exercise that involves putting weight or tension on my wrists :(.     day one:
    holy crap. I did this yesterday and I'll be doing it again tomorrow but my thighs are SO sore. amazing workout. (currently doing legs one day and abs/arms the other) this workout is great for beginners and advanced. be wary of the burn in your thighs the next day though!

    I have te same problem with my arms when I am working out I have this feeling that my right leg is doing more than my left leg because it has more power.. I know it’s sounds weird especially for the legs since you are supposed to use both but idk hahaha

      Lol i get you! I have the same problem with my butt too.. my right glute is smaller and activates faster i dont feel it that much on my left glute but rather in my thigh, hope this workout fixes this cause i really hate it

    My legs are shaky but I am glad I finshed the workout. Jump squats were not easy and I couldnt jump as high as you, but I didnt skip them as I have done other times. Thank you Maddie!! April 25, 2021

    This is a really good workout i guess but i have bad knees and they hurt with every exercise i do

      Maybe try a low impact leg/booty workout. I find the squats and lunges are really bad for my knees 💞

      I have had knees and whenever I do a bunch of squats my knees hurt during the first like 20 around 30/40 thighs hurt to. I’ve been to physical therapy my knees are weak

      @@nazareth2444 Both - for me it's mostly toned them up, and added muscle. It's not too bulky, though, they are slim like I like.

      I've heard that you should work every muscle group twice a week (but not on consecutive days, and have at least one rest day (you can still do light exercise on your rest day such as walking).
