First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
First of all, lift what you can while keeping good form. As you get stronger, you will be able to lift heavier weights. Second, look at your eating habits and prefer a plant-based diet with NO junk foods, sodas etc..... Last, include cardio workouts like running, cycling or if you can't, start by walking. You MUST be regular.

Dear Maddie, I've been doing this exercise for a month & I think it works because my under bra bulge is gone and my arms feel firmer. In the first week my arms, chests & shoulders are so sore because the last exercise is killing me! And for the rest of the weeks I manage to gradually not take a break & try to really "hold for a second" to feel the burn 😣. Fyi, I regularly do a 45 minutes cardio on stationary bike, and this is the only upper body/arms exercise I do. So, Thank you & I'm gonna start your 10 minutes toned arms tomorrow 💪

My friend and I started weight workouts as a form of stress relief due to the pandemic. We used to do "The Firm" many years ago. Yep... I'm in my 60's and she in late 50's. We're rocking it with you every day now! We can't get down on the floor so we substitute with another weight routine. Thank you for sharing your routines! You're awesome! Be healthy and safe!
I haven't done this session in a long time. Great to revisit! So gratefull these older workouts are still available. Nice to change up every now and then!
Just completed this upper body workout.. I love feeling that burn. Trying to get more exercise in, and not be so sedentary. These mini workouts are right up my alley. 🏋️♀️💪🏻
Just came across your channel for the first time while looking for a weighted arm workout. Thank you for not being the typical overly peppy trainer that yells at me a million miles an hour for 15 minutes. You're so chill - I'll be back!
My first time ever using weights they look scary but I love to see my husband use them so I finally look how to use them & loved it started with 5 lbs can't wait to be able to move up
This legitimately works. (I'm late to the video, ik lol) but like, coming from someone with twig arms, this made an enormous change within weeks. (and it's easy enough for a beginner, but can be made harder later)
Starting this for last 2 months of 2022, using 2kg each as I never used dumbell before. 1st, 2nd, 3rd Nov - rested for period 4th, 5th, 6th Nov - rested for leg pain
Day Number 1 of this exercise Process: I feel a little tired, and I did feel a sweat on my cheek. I see no difference, but you know what they say. Rome wasn't built in a day. Subscribing :)
Day 1 of my exercise. My arms are killing me. Especially on the last round. Hope in the next few days I'll be able to catch up with her. Wish me luck! 💯🤞
This is the best workout channel I've come across recently, and it's getting me through lockdown. Thank you for moving at a reasonable pace and giving clear instructions.
Been using this every other day for the past month. The improvements to my strength and mental health have been astronomical. Thank you so much for making this!
Love your workouts! I've used all your 10-15 minute (upper body, lower body and Abs) workouts and have really enjoyed them. I started working out after a long hiatus. At 60 years of age I'm able to keep up and I've found your workouts to be a great start. I can easily fit a 10 or 15 minute workout into my schedule. Thanks so much for your videos!!
The last exercise was definitely the hardest, but I appreciate i felt like the reps and timing were just the right amount to feel like I got a good workout but didn't have to spend an hour. Thank you Mad Fit!
using a set of 4lbs dumbbell, this workout is really easy to follow. i love how the emphasis is on quality rather than quantity having a longer interval also helps in making me relax before going to the next set. definitely will be doing this on a regular basis. hopefully i can then slowly increase the weights too :)
I’ve decided to take up weight lifting and I found this video as a beginner, completed both rounds 💪🏻 so happy I found this channel, it was absolutely perfect for someone who has no training or knowledge in weight lifting. Thank you 🙏🏻
Doing a weight workout before bed is not recommended. It gets your heart rate up when you should do the opposite.... dim the lights, put some soft music on, meditate.....

Doing this workout for the last five days and has literally helped me in building strength. My upper body feels leaner and stronger. I will continue doing it for few more weeks. Thanks for this amazing workout :)
Just completed 7 days of this workout and I definitely feel much stronger. As a beginner this routine is amazing and I'm definitely going to continue with this.
I'm really happy I found you, you're reps are smooth, calculated and very effective. You make sure to get the most out of each move. and I love that if I just have a few minutes you have something to fit my schedule...thank you so much
Love that it can be adjusted depending on how advanced you are, I’ve never done any sort of arm workout, so I started with 2kg dumbbells, can’t wait to see progress and be able to get heavier weights
Hiii this is for my girlfriends that struggling to do this exercise I recommend to do a 10-15min stretch first, it help me so much! Keep going babes you can do it
Love this workout! I have been doing this 3-5 times a week since May and the results are clear! My upper body is clearly tone! My fiancee and I are both surprised! Thank you MadFit for this!! 🤩

Absolutely obsessed w this routine. Idk why this set of movements is so satisfying to complete. I keep coming back to this video!!
Haha, same! I probably gave her half of the views.
Does anyone else just feel relaxed doing this?? I actually enjoy it which is shocking me! Absolutely love this workout!!
me too!! I’m not a person who works out a lot and I’ve absolutely fallen in love w this vid
@@hannah.hates.bananas aww that’s so lovely to hear!! Have you been doing it long? I just find it so manageable and that’s what I love!
@@SimranKaur-ke5ox I’ve been doing the workout on and off for about 3 months now!
@@hannah.hates.bananas aww that’s really good! I’ve stopped but feel awful for it! been at home for the summer from uni and gotten a bit lazy and now been hit with a cold and it’s just killed me off😂
Me. This workout just simple and feel relaxed after, i love that.
Did this workout , & I had results the day after . I most definitely got stronger . I love this workout & I recommend this to anybody who is trying to build muscle 💪🏽.
She: The last exercise...
Me: Oh, I did it easily
She: How was first round?
Me: First WHAT?!!
OMG same here! lmao
ha did you not relise the rounds
i was like that was some really fast 15 minutes, SIKEEEE
felt that on a spiritual level girl
Same here lol
At 28 and this was my first official work out and I feel good! My arms are shaking but glad I found your videos! Thank you!
Back in the days did you ever do a workout film Abs Of Steel? Curious cuz my mom is 54 and she said that was her favorite to do back in the 80s-90s
53 yo here going through chemo. Starting to slowly build up muscle again durin my one good week a month. Thank you for this!
I haven't done this session in a long time. Great to revisit! So gratefull these older workouts are still available. Nice to change up every now and then!
Does anyone else love it when your arms go jelly at the end hahah I feel so satisfied feeling like a jelly fish!!
Just completed this upper body workout.. I love feeling that burn. Trying to get more exercise in, and not be so sedentary. These mini workouts are right up my alley. 🏋️♀️💪🏻
still doing them? one time doesnt cut it..
Just came across your channel for the first time while looking for a weighted arm workout. Thank you for not being the typical overly peppy trainer that yells at me a million miles an hour for 15 minutes. You're so chill - I'll be back!
My first time ever using weights they look scary but I love to see my husband use them so I finally look how to use them & loved it started with 5 lbs can't wait to be able to move up
"Embrace the burn" 🔥
Is it just me, or do y'all feel stronger day by day after the workout? Love this.
I started with using 5lbs for 2 weeks. I have now moved on to 10lbs. I am so proud of myself for not giving up.
When she said don't forget to breathe, I felt that
This legitimately works. (I'm late to the video, ik lol) but like, coming from someone with twig arms, this made an enormous change within weeks. (and it's easy enough for a beginner, but can be made harder later)
Do you need to warm up before and after?
Starting this for last 2 months of 2022, using 2kg each as I never used dumbell before.
1st, 2nd, 3rd Nov - rested for period
4th, 5th, 6th Nov - rested for leg pain
Can we use 3kg as a beginner? It feels heavy though
I love this. I'm 65 and got flabby during the pandemic, so I'm trying to tone everything up. This was perfect.
Wow!! You've got this 🔥🔥😍
Day Number 1 of this exercise
Process: I feel a little tired, and I did feel a sweat on my cheek. I see no difference, but you know what they say. Rome wasn't built in a day. Subscribing :)
update?
40 year old here i love this video .. have been looking for arm workout videos that i can incorporate into my workouts
The last exercise was definitely the hardest, but I appreciate i felt like the reps and timing were just the right amount to feel like I got a good workout but didn't have to spend an hour. Thank you Mad Fit!
i’m turning into a YA protagonist with the way i’ve been releasing a breath i didn’t even know i was holding
underrated comment
LOL
BYE THIS IS SO ACCURATE 😭✋
This is hilarious 😂😂😂😂
STOP HAHAHA
using a set of 4lbs dumbbell, this workout is really easy to follow. i love how the emphasis is on quality rather than quantity having a longer interval also helps in making me relax before going to the next set. definitely will be doing this on a regular basis. hopefully i can then slowly increase the weights too :)
I’ve decided to take up weight lifting and I found this video as a beginner, completed both rounds 💪🏻 so happy I found this channel, it was absolutely perfect for someone who has no training or knowledge in weight lifting. Thank you 🙏🏻
i love this workout. was looking for a quick upper body workout before i went to bed. thanks!
Doing a weight workout before bed is not recommended. It gets your heart rate up when you should do the opposite.... dim the lights, put some soft music on, meditate.....
@@dakotalake9084 Exactly. It is better to doing this in the morning or around of the afternoon, never the evening.
Been doing this for two weeks now and I finally have muscle omg. When I flex I get that little hill of a bicep haha. Looks so good and I feel stronger! Thanks so much!
I haven’t worked out since quarantine started in March. Tried this and I’m out of breathe 🥵 going to do this weekly 🙌🏼
This is perfect since all the gyms are closed! Thank you!
As 6 weeks postpartum with my second baby, I found this to be a very manageable and doable upper body workout to try and get back into regular exercise! I really like your videos and your style.. not too much extra chit chat but helpful tips to work on form. Great channel!
after a few days of only doing one round, lemme tell you it feels so good completing 2 rounds
Doing this workout for 2 weeks now and I'm so happy with my progress. Thank you so much! I'll continue doing it until I achieve my goal 🥰
starting my fitness journey with eating healthy and .. my arms are burning. thanks maam
Would love more short 10-15 min dumbbell upper body workouts like this! Thank you for these great video workouts!
Tricep extensions can kindly go away honestly 😩✋🏼
I'm really happy I found you, you're reps are smooth, calculated and very effective. You make sure to get the most out of each move. and I love that if I just have a few minutes you have something to fit my schedule...thank you so much
This is my go to upper body workout. I’ve been doing it for a month and I’m seeing toned arms!!!!!
Love that all the movements are slow. Really feel the burn.
Love that it can be adjusted depending on how advanced you are, I’ve never done any sort of arm workout, so I started with 2kg dumbbells, can’t wait to see progress and be able to get heavier weights
If you do this 3 times per week, you will see rapid progress......
Hiii this is for my girlfriends that struggling to do this exercise I recommend to do a 10-15min stretch first, it help me so much! Keep going babes you can do it
Been doing this for one month and my arms is toned and i can do proper push ups now.... And lose about half inch
It's challenge but doable. I was able to finish to the end and feel like I worked out. I think the rest times are key for me. Thanks for posting
Love this workout! I have been doing this 3-5 times a week since May and the results are clear! My upper body is clearly tone! My fiancee and I are both surprised! Thank you MadFit for this!! 🤩
I did this and my arms were so sore after ! This is my new go to video for strength training. I love that you were teaching as you were working out. Helps beginners understand how to do the workout correctly. Thanks for that!
I'm almost 44 and really needing to get back into shape. Great video to start me on that journey.
This is the most effective upper body workout I’ve ever done, I could literally feel the small tears in my muscles!
I didn’t make it completely through because my wrist started acting up but I loved this and am gonna try to go a little farther tomorrow Good job to everyone who made it completely and who just pushed themselves to workout today
Thanks madfit for posting these vids. I did this on my iPad at the gym I was sore the next day. No pain no gain. I look forward to doing more of your workouts
I did twice 😭 I can't believe it I'm so happyyyy
same girl well done
"hold and squeeze for a hot second" love that! You inspire me to work out more! Love your videos! ❤️❤️❤️
This was GREAT. I appreciate the directions with the form, and I liked how you don't talk all the time like so many others do! Thanks for a great 15 minute arm workout. I can definitely feel this in my triceps and biceps.
So simple. Yet it's easier to motivate myself to do it when I have someone telling me what to do. Thanks Maddy!
As a young teenager, who is not their right weight or diet, I strive to try and become better at myself. The first thing I’m thinking, is getting on my body scale. I’m already underweight for my age, and I don’t eat healthy that much. My mom forces me to work out with her, but I feel like I need to figure this out myself. And here I am! Working out all by myself! Thank you for the wonderful workout videos and keep up the good work!
Thank you so much Maddie! I've been following this work out routine for almost two months now and my body has improved a lot. Please continue creating routines like this (simple and easy to follow yet effective) ❤️💪
Doing the entire workout along with me makes this so simple to follow! I would love to see a 45 minute MadFit routine - more than one to work different parts of my body, including cardio!
I love how calm and deliberate your workouts are, thank you!
not me checking for results after each workout
Your not aloneee
same
same here ;-;
lmao same
Bro you can see the results of your workout after 48 hours so you can see nothing yet but you can motivate yourself
I love this workout! My arms enjoyed a good burn on that. I'm 63 and used 8 pound weights for each exercise and both rounds. Feeling accomplished!
Thank you for making this video! I've been using this for 3 weeks to gain weight and it works! It's very easy to do for beginner like me.
I’m going to cosmetology school in two weeks and I’ll need some muscle in my weak little arms. Ive been doing this exercise daily for about a week now and it’s been really great! I’m doing 3 pound weights right now and my eventual goal is to get up to 10. Thank you for this exercise!
I got lazy during the Covid lockdown. Found your videos this morning - simple and easy for me to follow. Love that you aren't yelling PUSH THROUGH or any of that annoying nonsense. You keep it clean and simple and I really appreciate that!! Can't wait for tomorrow morning 👊🤙
Wow, I was so surprised how effective this was. I used 8 and 10 lb weights (almost 60 yrs old) and this really challenged me! Nice job 👍 MadFit. Thanks.
I have ADHD and find this structure really helpful to follow. Thank you!
Loved this format; 1 min on, 30 sec. off. Please do more of that. Also, your helpful tips during the exercise are appreciated because we can't always see our screen while doing the exercise. Great job, keep it up, Please!
As a beginner, I found this workout to be challenging enough and I enjoyed it. It was very easy to follow along without having to pause and rewind to catch up. Great video! TY. :-)
Wow! I always come back to working out with you even if it's been weeks since my last weightlifting session. I just completed this workout right after a 30mins run on the treadmill and my 7month old is watching in his Jolly jumper (he woke up from his nap just before my run was done). Thank you! 15mins weightlifting workouts are best for me 💖
I prefer this set up of workouts with the small rests in between each new movement. Some of your older videos don't have the rests, so I prefer these newer ones. Thanks for your videos, I really enjoy working out to these in the mornings - keep doing what you're doing!
The last exercise was HARD! but I love this... Will continue this daily thanks
I liked it too. I will take this workout as the basis for a new video on my channel, where I collect the best workouts and visualize them in my videos.
I enjoyed this workout, especially the 30 seconds of rest. I actually could keep up. I’ve been fighting breast cancer for 15 years, and last year had to go through brain and spine radiation. I’m doing well thank God, and I’m going to continue this workout-I really need it. Thank you.
Getting ready for sleeveless dresses and shirts in advance! :) thank you!!
