Loved it! This came at the perfect time, just what I needed this morning. Things I loved:
      - Your focus on one exercise at a time. I was feeling exhausted and dragging myself to exercise this morning so I love your calm energy.
      - Speaking of energy, thank you for not yelling at us like a perky cheerleader squirrel🤣 I skipped over a couple other videos before coming here because I was annoyed by their frenetic energy and inauthenticity. So thank you for being authentic and soft-spoken☺
      - The way you encourage proper form with verbal cues and steady pacing.
-Your music has a good beat and yet also has a soothing unobtrusive element to it, perfect for a grouchy night owl with zero tolerance for repetitive or ear-grating music like me😘🦉
      - The cute little timer in the corner. Even the sounds it makes are cute (not jarring).
      - Clean, pretty, and non-distracting background (plus PLANTS💚)
      - Exercises themselves were interesting. I've never heard of around-the-worlds or skull crushers, but I love them!
      - Well-timed rests and periods of no talking. I think some RUclipsrs feel the need to talk the entire time and it's not really necessary.
Looking forward to your next videos!💖

me too and i think the soreness is a good indicator of accomplishment, but make sure it's not soreness as a result of not cooling down! cooling down is equally as important as warming up + it prevents injury! maddie has a 5 min cool down and a 15 min cool down on her channel, and they're both wonderful. i wish you well in your workouts!

I stumbled upon your channel and I am so thankful I did. I did your workouts everyday and I have seen such a big improvement. Your workouts have made me so much stronger and now that I am back in the water I am as fast as I have ever been. Thank you so much for your workouts. My mom told that this lesson will help me build very thick strong arms, great self worth and confidence! I am a man and did this lesson with my mom. It was really hard for me. I used half pound dumbbells throughout and stopped midway as my arms just gave up :( Is it very weak? My mom did the full lesson with 15 lbs dumbbells. I absolutely loved this! I did it with 8 pound dumbells at first I was hesitant and almost did 5 pounds. But I wanted to push myself out of my comfort zone. I was dripping after this! I did it outside on my yoga mat ☺️

This was a good one, I always use my same set of 3kg dumbells for all my arm workouts and this with some of the moves murdered my arms 👍 good to be sore that means I'm getting stronger! Really good workout I paired it with a lower body resistance band workout

She has some beginner videos. Search MadFit beginner. I didn’t do this when I started working out, but I wish I worked on balance and overall core strength. You really should, it’ll help you out SO MUCH. Also, try no equipment upper and lower body workouts alternately to get a strength base, don’t push yourself to use weights when you’re not ready. To keep yourself motivated, follow fitness influencers on Instagram and set notification bells on for all the fitness people you like.

What I really enjoy about these workouts is no counting of reps and instead having the timer. I makes it goes quickly and doesn't feel so rigid. On to another upper body after this one because I am addicted!
