Best exercises to build glutes and deep core stability without weights | 20 min. at home workout

  • Happy Thursday lovely peeps.
    This routine is my favourite quick and effective circuit for a nice post strength or running workout glute pump and core activation. Of course, nothing speaks against doing this routine by itself, for example on holidays or if you're a busy bee and only have 20 minutes at home in your living room to get a workout in. You could technically do it without a mini band, but I recommend using some resistance as a cue to really activate the glute medius during those movements, which are oftentimes underdeveloped not only in athletes, but also people that sit a lot.

    I did this workout after my run this morning - even I always have a lot of respect doing strenght exercises after running. It felt good and was helpful for the rest of the day. Thanks for giving me an inspiration to try a little strenght training once agein by using this nice workout!
