- Happy Sunday my loves! Sundays are great to take the extra time for some deep stretches. Make sure you DON'T do this one before a workout. Before workouts I recommend doing more dynamic movements. Static stretches are great to do after a workout or in the evening to calm down your nervous system and go into a relaxed state.

Probably in morning so you have exstended mobility as you move during the day. But at eny time work as well becuse it adds mobility to the future

Start by going as far as you can and stay consistent in the practice. Consistency is key. Overtime, you'll increase your flexibility and will be able to go deeper.
