  • Happy Sunday my loves! Sundays are great to take the extra time for some deep stretches. Make sure you DON'T do this one before a workout. Before workouts I recommend doing more dynamic movements. Static stretches are great to do after a workout or in the evening to calm down your nervous system and go into a relaxed state.

    Fabulous stretch really feel great after a heavy leg day at the gym this the first time doing your page u are very impressive I did a work with you and Julia repell and I was very impressed with your technique and style u rock I will be following especially with your Pilates really love doing combination yoga and Pilates with mobility keep up the great work thumbs up always see you next work out have a wonderful evening 😊

    Ich mag deine Videos sehr gerne ❤ würde mir aber wünschen, dass du bei so stretching/mobility Routinen eine andere Musik spielen würdest, etwas wo mehr ruhig und entspannt ist 😊 DANKE 🤩

      Probably in morning so you have exstended mobility as you move during the day. But at eny time work as well becuse it adds mobility to the future

      Start by going as far as you can and stay consistent in the practice. Consistency is key. Overtime, you'll increase your flexibility and will be able to go deeper.
